Live Crystal Method sets are always of the very top caliber. It has been disappointing that most of their tour dates over the last few years included only a dj set, and they are only mediocre dj's at best. But live and with all their equipment they are easily one of the best electronic acts from the States.
Great show, sounds was incredible, event venue was good and the folks manning it were good. Crowd a bit subdued but maybe they were trying to do the "act uptown cool" thing. Otherwise good show - need more of it.
I had never heard of The Crystal Method until I met my current boyfriend. We heard that they were coming to Dallas and decided to go and see them. The show was intense and I will forever be a fan. Thanks for a great time.
If you popped TCM's Vegas into your pumping stereo and thought it sounded good, then you will be blown away by the sound of High Roller and all your other favorites as they are generated right in front of your ears. And to complete the spectacle, your eyes will receive maximum visual stimulation from the compact, yet amazing light and video show. The show is a must see for any TCM fan, as well as anyone who appreciates good music. If there is another show close enough, I will surely be there again.
I would love to see Crystal Method again at the Hose of Blues . The show that was done by them was phenomenal. My body never shook so much and the sound quality was GREAT. ! ! !. I could see that the entire audience thoroughly enjoyed the show. I am 54 yrs of age and very anxious to see them again. The music they produce is energetic and powerful.......yet mysteriously addicting ! Grt them back as soon as possible......I will be bringing my own crowd of 20 or so to the show ! Ive been a fan of them for years.
The show met all my expectations- incredible energy, they were close up on the stage, and I think I got a tan from the intensity of the lights. Just one thing- PUT OUT A LIVE CD!!!!
I used the event to host my 40th bday party. It was a perfect event all my friends could gather for and enjoy.
This show was amazing. I was right up front and didn't even care that I had to look straight up.
