    Simply One of the Best!

by Vegas Dano on 11/12/19Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - Primm

The show at Primm, Nevada Saturday, November 9th was an outstanding performance of all the great hits of CCR. I have seen this band 16 times, and every show is a great one. Each concert starts with Born on the Bayou and ends with Up Around the Bend. All the greatest hits are played. Audience members young and old know all the words and sing along. They never disappoint. Doug and Stu still lay down the beat and tempo. Gunnar on keyboards, Dan on vocals and Kurt on lead guitar really know how to get the crowd rockin'. The guitar solo on Born on the Bayou is memorable. They stay true to the songs but have extended jam sessions on many of the tunes. If you have never seen this band perform, make sure you do before they call it quits. I have been to over 250 rock concerts in the past 45 years. I've seen these guys 16 times! They are my favorite live rock act ever! Thank you for all the years of great shows and music.

Special Memory for all of us

by Snickers Wood Group on 11/12/19Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - Primm

Being able to see Creedence Clearwater Revisited for one of their last performances on their Farewell Tour before the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members and two of the founding members of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Stu Cook (bass guitar, backing vocals) and Doug (Cosmo) Clifford (percussion drums, backing vocals) retire from all the years of touring was one of the greatest evenings of our lives. Their set of so many fantastic Creedence songs brought back so many memories and had the large audience singing along, clapping and up dancing. Stu and Doug indeed showed why they are in the Hall of Fame, rocking out every song and showing their joy in sharing the music with all of us. Steve ("The Captain") Gunner, rhythm guitar, harmonica, keyboard, and backing vocals, helped make all the songs true to the original. Kurt Griffey on lead guitar played with skill and passion, bringing extra rounds of applause from the crowd. Dan McGuinness, (lead singer and guitar), sang every song with passion and strong vocals that made Creedence music come alive. What a fun and exciting evening!! It should be on a CD for everyone to enjoy. Thank you to all of the band!! We love you!!!!

by Katie on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

Love the music! Wasn’t sure how the band would sound without Fogerty, but the lead singer was phenomenal! Great songs, great sound and energy. So glad we went!

    CCR @ T.I.

by Josh on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

This was not my first rodeo. But this show was Amazing!!! I had good enough seats and for as close as we were the sound was perfect. It wasnt too loud that it left my ears ringing after, but loud enough to enjoy every note! BUT this time it seamed the seats were smaller or something. Butts are one thing, and im a small guy basically, but broad shoulders didnt work well. It was like a sardine can so to speak. And with a back disability, not able to adjust comfortably and not able to stand so long in one spot sucks cause then i cant see when the annoying group of girls in front of us wouldnt sit down. Otherwise, i love the venues at T.I.

    Wonderful concert!

    by B. T. on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

The music and performance was awesome! All of the well known songs were sung and brought back memories. The only drawback was a woman in the front row of our section insisted on standing for the entire performance. She blocked the views of many people who became very upset. Security was notified, talked to her but she basically didn’t care. Very rude, insensitive woman who managed to ruin the concert for everyone directly behind her. She should’ve been asked to leave.

    Great band, bad venue

by Mattyb on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

Waited over 20 mins to get a beer that was $9, lines were very long, there should be beer tubs or beer only lines. Because people getting wine or mixed drinks took forever, women working were chatty and slow just wanted tips not speedy service. Venue felt like conference room, carpeted with reception style chairs. Biggest disappointment was I bought front row seats full price, that turned out to be side of stage behind sound stage, sound was band as the view.

    CCR Excellence

    by D. B. on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

They started on time, they played with excitement and enthusiasm as if this was their first concert, and they played ALL the audience favorites—it was one of the best revival concerts I have attended. Thank you guys. I loved the concert and I’m so glad I got to see you. I highly recommend seeing them.

    very enjoyable concert!

by Love, Love, Love on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

They played all the songs that you wanted to hear. Well, except Ooby Dooby. That is the one that could have been added to the song list! :) Highly recommend, and would go see them again next week if they were in town!

    CCR

by J. on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

The concert was awesome! It was really fun to relive memories associated with CCR from many years ago! I was very impressed that the additions to the group sounded just like the originals ~ we could have been listening to CCR from years ago! Creedence Clearwater Revisited gave a great performance ~ energetic, fun, and packed with all my favorite songs! My only comment about improvements would be the seating at the venue. In purchasing tickets, I was only able to view sections with available seating ~ in booking what I thought were the best seats available, I was unaware that we would be sitting on banquet chairs on the floor ~ we would have been more comfortable and able to see better had we purchased seats in elevated, permanent seats. Also, the Ticketmaster site made it appear as though available seating was very limited, when, in fact, there were many empty seats.

    Concert concerns

by Donna on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

My daughter and I were seated in very small chairs at back of section. Two very large, tall people sat in front of us blocking much and they stood up half/way thru the concert and remained standing completely blocking our view. People who insist on standing should be in the back of the section!

Should have section for standers that refuse to ever sit

by MaggieMae on 10/14/19Treasure Island Resort & Casino - Welch

At every event ive gone to at casinos their is always those party going drunk two fisted drinking standers. You should have a stand only or seated guests only section. Some people cannot physically stand for entire performance. Having standers in front that are doing gun shooting gestures falling onto you is just a bummer. Not a problem they are having fun just a bummer watching them wreck it for someone else or you. Casinos do very poor job at this across the board
