About

Creed is a multi-platinum rock band formed in Tallahassee, Florida in 1994. The band, comprising lead vocalist Scott Stapp, Mark Tremonti (guitar/vocals), Brian Marshall (bass), and Scott Phillips (drums), has sold over 53 million albums worldwide. Their 1999 album Human Clay — which features the hit single "With Arms Wide Open" — is one of the best-selling albums of all time in the U.S. "With Arms Wide Open" topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song in 2001. The post-grunge act disbanded in 2004, but have reunited twice: In 2009, they reunited to release their fourth album Full Circle and embark on multiple tours. Creed reunited for a second time in July 2023, and will embark on a massive run of tour dates in 2024.

  • Just like back in the day!!

    by Grace2 on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

The first time I saw Creed was at the Rave. There were only 75 people there and they were amazing!! Within a few months My own prison was a huge success!! I am glad to see them back together. I took my 9 year old son. Creed has always been his favorite band. I could not miss the chance to take him. He loved it!!! Thanks for a great show!! We also were able to meet the opening act Like a storm. . Very exciting night!

  • An Incredible Show of Creed

by UpInTheAir on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Creed put on an amazing show with all the fire(works too) and played all of their amazing songs. I was up front in the pit area very close to the fence so besides the few tall people near me I had a great view. The way Scott S. and Mark performed together just showed how much fun those two have when playing on stage and just made the concert that much better.

  • Creed was Awesome!

the lights and the fire and the display of videos were awesome...Creed put on an amazing show. Not tho mention the 3 song encore!!!! It was SWEET!!!

  • Creed is still AWESOME!

    by kak089 on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

I loved the show!!! His voice sounds just like it does on the radio while he's singing live. The pyrotechnics and the video's in the background were amazing and I loved the fact that Scott Stapp kept walking across the stage and high fived his fans. This was a great concert!

  • Give it up

by Bodyshot on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 1 out of 5

We left the concert early because it was so bad! My husband is a huge fan of Creed, he has met them twice and Mark is his idol. They don't have it anymore, Scott could not hit the notes and Mark was playing too hard. Mark is still awesome though, I just think he is used to playing Alterbridge style. Maybe it was just a bad night for them. I will still be there fan and I will still listen to their music, but I won't be spending the money to go see them again. Sorry guys!

  • Fantastic Show!

by kiper on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Creed really surprised me. I wasn't sure what to expect becuase they had not been together for so long. I have seen them years back and believe it or not it was a much better show this time. If you like to rock this is one show you don't want to miss. Awesome Pyrotechnics and light show. Impressed with every aspect of the show. Top 3 concerts in my opinion and I have seen hundreds of shows. Great Job Creed. Glad to see your back.

  • Riveting Presence, Distinctive Talent Creed

by Adriane on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

Wow! What a pleasure to see Creed! Superb showmanship, powerful and passionate vocals. I'm 52 and attended with my 17-year old daughter. Many parents and teens there. Creed crosses the generations in its appeal. Unbelievable vocal energy and instrumental showmanship. What a treat!

  • Creed? Or Mickey Rourke - both a train wreck

by Slamstone on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 1 out of 5

OK if I wanted to see Mickey Rourke sing and sweat I'd rent "The Wrestler" not go to a Creed show! I can't believe Scott Stapp is getting paid for this.... The band, in fairness, is still tight and Jeff plays like it is his last show - but Mickey-err, Scott is still able to sing - some stuff - but he forgot how to use a mic and his earpieces obviously were playing recorded tracks - not monitoring his pitch. There were many uncomfortable moments.... "Should have been dead on a Sunday morning bangin my head..." Fes

  • Creed @ Bradley Center

    by 43yroldrocker on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

The show started good with band from New Zealand called Like A Storm. This band has some good potential. With a short set they put on a good show. Hoobastank was definitely better than I expected. When they broke out Ghostbusters it was really a shock. They really do have a good stage presence. Creed was like they were never apart for 6 years. They seemed to have all problems worked out. They bonded well on stage. Scott Stapp sounded phenomenal. His voice sounded as good as when My Own Prison was released. The show was very electric and energetic. The biggest disappointment was the size of the crowd. I expected nearly a sellout, unfortunately it was not even half. The people who did not come to this show missed a truly good performance by all three bands.

  • Ever so Talented !!!

    by Sparkels15 on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

I thought that Creed was as tight as they always are. They sounded great ! I felt as though Scott Staap was'nt able to hear himself at times as he was flat & not quite hitting the notes. This was my 4th time seeing them & he is usualy right on his game. It seemed that he was loosing his voice as well ( not as strong ) . But hey they are doing alot of performing so it happens ! I would still recommend for you to see them . The light show was outstanding too. I was disappointed that the arena was'nt even 1/2 full. I felt bad for the guys . But they performed as if the place was sold out . Way to go guys!!! Keep up the great work ! I highly recommend checking out the band Alterbridge ......Creeds alter ego! They are just as awesome ,with an extremly talented singer Myles Kennedy. They are both my favorite bands ! It would be great if both bands played the same night ! Keep rockin guys !

  • They're Back & Better than Ever!

    by garnetangel27 on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

OMG! So close. You could reach out and touch them. Mark was absolutely amazing... Scott was better than ever, the shaved head really works for him. My favorite performances of the night were “My Sacrifice” and “What If” It was Hot! Front Row! WOW! I seen the in Milwaukee about 8 years ago, The Weathered Tour, I truly believe they were better last night. Fireworks, Flames and Creed Rocking’ the house, what more could a girl ask for. I would also like to comment on “Like A Storm” & Hoobastank both bands put on great shows, really warmed up the crowd, I especially liked The Ghostbusters Song preformed by Hoobastank, and Like a Storm put their own spin on the “Classic” Man in the Box, by Alice in Chains, you had to be there to truly appreciate all 3 bands!

  • A Good show

The one thing I wasn’t happy about, is that you couldn’t have a camera to take pictures

  • Welcome Back Creed!

by AprilP on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 4 out of 5

Saw Creed in Milwaukee, WI 9/1/09. Opening band Like A Storm was wonderful. Sound was great! Band did meet and greets after each bands act. Very nice guys! Hoobastank...well lets just say, I could have passed on them....didn't find them very good...I know they have been around a while, but really I only recognized one song (Reason). Pretty bad when I enjoy a band I have not heard of before ( Like A Storm) more than a band that already has 4 CD's out. But, the reason for attending the show was to see Creed again. The last time I saw them in Milwaukee, the venue was sold out. That was in 2002....they rocked it then! I was almost embarrassed to see the venue less than 1/3 full!! I know the band has been gone for a while. Maybe the old stories in the press at the time of their breakup put a bad taste in the mouths of the fans. Maybe starting the tour BEFORE the new CD was released was not a good idea. Maybe the band has to earn the respect of the fans again. Maybe! But let me tell you this, the band was awesome!! Scott Stapp, looked and acted like he was humbled to be back on stage. His interactions with the audience was refreashing. Not the cocky, party boy of the past. Sure towards the end of the show, his voice seemed to give him a little problem.....but hey, he's been gone a while! he sang his heart out! Looked fit and fine as ever. The band took a few songs before the mix board got the sound right, but the musicianship was masterful. I almost would have liked to hear a little more of a heartfelt explaination of what happened and why now is a good time to make it work again. Maybe a little more of an explaination of how the new song came about. Or does the band really owe us that? MAYBE! Glad to see them back, but I think they are going to have to earn their way back to the top! In this day and age, nothing should be taken for granted......times are tough, if they want us to spend our money.....they are going to have to make it worth it for us! Creed did for me last night!!!!! Keep Rockin guys!!!!

  • Scott stapp is back with a vengence

by Theonlyone on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

The opening band from New Zealand, I forgot their name was great. I was not familiar with Hoobastank but once they started playing I recognized some of their songs. Both of the opening acts worked the crowd very well. Creed was phenominal , they played non stop until the encore set and then only took a minute to get a drink and then played three more songs.. For all the haters out there Stapps voice was strong. I am a musician myself so I have a little knowledge of what it takes. If you do not play a instrument what do you know. In closing if you like Creed get out and support them, they are WORTHY !!!!

  • Creed can STILL ROCK!!!!

by hotforteacher on 9/2/09Bradley Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5

This was the best concert of the summer hands down. Scott Stapp is back and better than ever. His intensity for the music rubs off on the crowd. The lead guitar is amazing to watch as are the bass player, the other guitar and the drummer. The pyrotechnics are the best I have seen in years. Keep rockin Creed.

  • Creed was awsome!
