About

Creed is a multi-platinum rock band formed in Tallahassee, Florida in 1994. The band, comprising lead vocalist Scott Stapp, Mark Tremonti (guitar/vocals), Brian Marshall (bass), and Scott Phillips (drums), has sold over 53 million albums worldwide. Their 1999 album Human Clay — which features the hit single "With Arms Wide Open" — is one of the best-selling albums of all time in the U.S. "With Arms Wide Open" topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song in 2001. The post-grunge act disbanded in 2004, but have reunited twice: In 2009, they reunited to release their fourth album Full Circle and embark on multiple tours. Creed reunited for a second time in July 2023, and will embark on a massive run of tour dates in 2024.

  • Epic performance

    by Melissa S. on 7/26/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

This performance was epic and there was just an energy that was insane! This was the third time that I’ve seen Creed while on this tour and never do they disappoint. Daughtry always brings it and this time again, was insane! Also loved the tributes that were done in honor of Ozzy, particularly Mammoth’s performance of “Mama I’m Coming Home”. I hope that if they extend the tour they will come back to Connecticut.

  • Venue

by Sara on 7/26/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 1 out of 5

Tickets are not cheap and I get that there are a lot of really great shows that come to this venue. Xfinity should provide more parking for larger crowds. We couldn't find parking and couldn't see the show. So in all we drove 2 hrs just to see traffic and people walking by us. Next show I'll spend the extra $ and drive up to Mansfield, MA.

  • Always awesome!

by Strongbuilders on 7/26/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

I've been a concert goer for a while. Born in 62 and soon heard a friend's older brother practicing Hendrix and Jethro Tull on his guitar in the next room and I was hooked. Tons on music exposure and been to hundreds of shows. Was raising children during the Creed early years so.... I saw the Wiggles and Barney but not too many rock shows. Have seen Creed twice now and this last show has gone into my top 3. Can't pick a favorite... sorry. One thing is true: Scott Stapp is the most charismatic front man of them all. Sorry Ozzy.

  • Creed was awesome!!

by Cassie on 7/25/25The Pavilion at Montage Mountain - ScrantonRating: 4 out of 5

Creed put on an awesome show!!! Glad to have seen the show. Just disappointed that paid to see 3 bands (Daughtry, Mammoth, and Creed) and only seen one band.

  • Creed Rocked!

    by Kimberly27 on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

First... the traffic was insane, like nothing I've ever seen before! I believe the venue is to blame...too many lawn tickets sold and not enough parking. I missed Mammoth and Daughtry because I was sitting in traffic and had to park 1 mile away. However, Creed was amazing! Scott is a fantastic front man and had so much energy. We were thrilled that they played for about 2 hours since the night had not started off great. This was my 3rd time seeing Creed and I will definitely see them again!

  • Good lineup and show

    by Scott A on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

First time seeing Creed and Daughtry. Second time seeing Mammoth. All the performances were excellent. Venue is very good. It does take about an hour to get out of the parking lot after the show.

  • Phenomenal

  • Great great great

by Kdog on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

Great great great súch a great show had such a great time

  • Good but opening acts were better

by Ed on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 4 out of 5

Honestly, Creed was good but our entire group thought the opening acts of Mammoth and Daughtry were much better. Mammoth is fronted by Eddie Van Halen’s incredibly talented son Wolfgang. Daughtry in particular has great vocals, great stage presence and finesse. Total package, they were great! Maybe the nearly 3 hour wait for Creed to start was just too long. By that time much of the crowd was too drunk or stoned to join Scott Stapp on the spiritual journey he invited them on.

  • Awesome Show!

    by chele17 on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

All 3 groups Mammoth, Daughtry & especially Creed were phenomenal! Only bad part was getting into parking lot and leaving. It took over an hour to get 5 minutes down the road to highway. Need better way for all the people to not block cars walking through the traffic and much more parking attendants directing the crazy drivers cutting in and out.

  • Unbelievably powerful. Spiritual.

by Father and Son on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

The venue was awesome, sound was perfect and the opening acts were phenomenal. Creed was beyond a concert… it was an experience… a spiritual experience we will never forget. Definitely rates in top 5 best shows ever attended.

  • Amazing concert

by Sue on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

Creed is so amazing and talented. They sounded just as good as they were in the 90s. I would go see them again tomorrow if I could.

Creed concert was fantastic! The energy in the house was awesome!! Scott and the band did a fantastic job of engaging and encouraging the crowd in the music. Great night enjoying timeless music! Daughtry and Mammoth were also fantastic!!!! 5 star show for sure!!

  • WOW

by CT Steel on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

The show was incredible. Having last seen them in 2000, I was pleasantly surprised by two things - 1. How great they sounded. 2. How young the crowd was. Nice to see this type of music so popular with the under 30 crowd. Rock is dead? Not even close. Place was PACKED.

  • Awesome show

by Rnmelanie on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

One of the best shows in awhile. The sounds was great, ease of getting into the show, was well organized

  • Amazing concert

by Jan on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 5 out of 5

I bought tickets to this concert for nostalgia purposes. My husband and I expected it would be good because we saw them a couple of times back in the day, but wow- they blew us away! Mammoth was pretty good, Daughtry was awesome, and Creed was amazing. You'd never know their original Summer of '99 tour was 26 years ago; they've still got it. So good.

  • 3 stars is about the venue

    by Donna T on 7/25/25Xfinity Theatre - HartfordRating: 3 out of 5

Creed was amazing only thing that would have made that better... If 3 doors down could have been there 😢 you did a great job telling people to get there early because of traffic but if you couldn't be there early it was a disaster!! It took 1 hr 20 min to go 2.7 miles free parking is great but only one lot is close if you have trouble walking you probably can't make it next lot is about a mile away after that about 2 miles away also make extra time to get home parking lot was gridlock for an hour and people should be aware if you're in the pit or have seats it's a million degrees and it wasn't even hot out that night!
