About

Craig Morgan is a veteran not only of Nashville, but also this great country; Morgan served in the United States Army for ten years before he returned to Tennessee and launched his music career in the late '90s. The country artist has since released seven studio albums featuring multiple top 10 hits. A regular on the tour circuit, Morgan continues to support the troops back home as well as abroad with benefit concerts. In fact, the charitable Morgan typically offers discounted or free tickets to the numerous shows he plays at military bases and on USO tours. Morgan will play select dates in early 2014 before kicking off a nationwide tour in February. Morgan released his greatest hits collection in 2013 following his sixth studio album, "This Ole Boy." The record features the title track as a single as well as "The World Needs a Kitchen" and "Better Stories."

The Tennessee native received the 2006 USO Merit Award for his tireless support of the U.S. military,  and he also hosts an annual two-day charity for Billy's Place. After releasing his self-titled debut album in 2000, Morgan was behind the hits "That's What I Love About Sunday," which spent four weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard country charts and "Redneck Yacht Club," off his best-selling album "My Kind of Livin'." The "International Harvester" continues to wow fans privileged to see him in concert, as Morgan is clearly a unique kind of rock star, one who not only produces top 10 hits on a regular basis, but also helps make the world a better place and actively supports the U.S. military.

Craig and his band were great. Very accessible. This is a great small venue. You get up close and personal with the group. The only drawback was the group at the front left next to the stage that wouldn't shut up while Craig was talking. They were even distracting Craig.

Mr. Craig Morgan Turning Stone Casino

by scubacny on 12/4/09Turning Stone Resort & Casino Showroom - Verona

Show was last night December 3, 2009. Craig and his band put on a great show and you could tell he was very comfortable with the crowd. At one point after like his fifth or sixth song he said thank you very much you folks have a great night and started walking off stage and quickly turned around and said "Gotcha!" That wasnt even close to the end of the show, He played all of his great hits, played a few new songs and threw in a cover of The Steve Miller hit "The Joker" He also pulled 3 women and a girl out of the crowd, brought them up on stage and sang to them. He also told the story that is label wanted him to come up with a Christmas song, and he performed that last night as well. He ended the night with his song "International Harvester" After his last song Craig signed autographs for those in the front row.

    Craig Morgan Rocks

by rickenburg on 11/8/09Harold's Corral - Cave Creek

Hopefully, the next time Craig comes to the valley area he wont have a broken leg like Celebrity performance or Bronchitis like this time. He is an amazing person with an amazing voice , even with Bronchitis. He had just returned from an Iraq visit of the troops and came down with something. I would/will definitely go back to see him when opportunity presents itself. Harolds Corral outside venue was better than expected with restrooms and refreshments both easily accessed. It was a great night. Next time maybe he will play my favorite, ( Ballad of Old Mr Jenkins).

by dawnurbanfan on 11/8/09Harold's Corral - Cave Creek

Craig was great despite having a bad case of bronchitis. Almost felt guilty for him having to perform sick rather than cancel, but I'm sure glad he did. A great time was had by all!

    Craig Morgan was awesome!

by pbradford161 on 11/8/09Harold's Corral - Cave Creek

Craig Morgan is an awesome entertainer. He performed for over 90 minutes at Harold's Corral in Cave Creek, Arizona and he was obviously feeling under the weather but he put on a show better than most people who are feeling great. He has some of the best songs out there and encourages his audience to join in. I would go see him again in a heartbeat.

Craig Morgan is a real pro!

by twistums on 11/8/09Harold's Corral - Cave Creek

Craig came out despite being ill and put on a fantastic show!! Between songs- you could see him drink water- tell he was in distress-but then he would turn around and wow the crowd.. Even when he sang other artists' songs- he was incredible...His energy- his voice- his band- his crowd appeal--could only be matched by the venue ( Cave Creek Harold's) itself..Pefect evening!!

    Craig Morgan was very good

by Beardrako on 10/10/09Mississippi Coliseum - Jackson

I really enjoyed the show. I did not realize he had so many Mississippi boys in his band. It was cute when he selected 3 girls to come on stage with him. I think it is wonderful that he has the special autograhed wounded warrior t-shirts & donates the proceeds to the wounded warrior fund.

    Craig Morgan was awesome!

by rockymount on 7/11/09Roanoke Rapids Theatre - Roanoke Rapids

I've missed a chance to see Craig 4 years ago in Harrisonburg, VA. Then I got the e-mail from RR he was coming to the area. I plunked down the $ for my family to go (6 tickets) and it was worth every penny!. The venue was just the right size and Craig's show (stage, lights etc) was just amazing. Let me just say, even though the set was amazing-Craig's voice is all you need. ( ha -and hips!) The crowd was a good mix of hometown CM fans. I just wished more people were on the feet dancing...
