Cowboys of Color Tickets

Each event was exiting and well organized. The announcer was a bit sarcastic but bearable. Didn't distract from the event for too long. Crowd was exuberant. I was with friends that were there for the first time and they are still talking about it and has placed it on the annual must do calendar. Seats were wonderful - right down on the rail. This is a must see must do event for all the family. My fave is the bull riding and barrel racing. I was not disappointed.

Overall is was good, but need more choice of food.

We got these tickets for my Mama's birthday. She absolutely loved it and said that she would definitely go again!

My first time at a rodeo and I've had much higher expectations of a rodeo event than what was presented to the public. Don't understand how people find this entertaining. The horse race by teams was the best part of the show. All the other stuff... a waste of time to watch.

This was the worst rodeo I've ever attended. I hadn't been to this one in years and was severely disappointed. Other years were awesome and COLORFUL! This year was not entertaining enough.

Cowboys of Color 2016 was a lot of fun and the weather was great!! Awesome time with family and friends and rodeo family.

If you have never been to a rodeo, this is the rodeo. It's family oriented as well. The rodeo is so fulfilling and fun. It's so exciting when you see young kids participating in the rodeo.

This was my first rodeo and a surprise for my gf...we had a great time! I just wish they didn't play so much BLUES music, but other then that we had a great time; the VIP food and drinks was WELL WORTH IT!!

I truly wish there was more support for this historical event. It's not like the Cowboys of color is every weekend. It's once a year in different cities. Here in Texas I go to Fort Worth stockyards every weekend, year round rodeo every Friday and Saturday night like clock work, sold out every weekend. Packed house. Now I'm not gonna make this a black rodeo/white rodeo thing. I just wish that my people, my people would support our people just a little bit more, especially when it's a historical positive event. I just kept looking in the crowd and noticing big gaps of emptiness. Overall I truly enjoyed the event and I wouldn't miss it for the world, because I truly understand that heritage and what it means to be a cowboy of color. At the end of night when it was pony express time, it seemed like everybody was in there seats. Last event for the night, the dunk contest of black rodeos. I was pleased.

Get the VIP tickets! Front row seat and good bbq to all possible rodeo events. The half-time singer was Fab!!

I am new to the area and this was my first rodeo but not my last. I really enjoyed the show and hope to bring my grandchildren next year. I really enjoyed the after show always love to learn a new dance. I would love to learn the slide they were doing at the end of the show if anyone know where I can find it on video please let me know.

We loved it. Started in a timely manner, the announcer was entertaining and the event was a lot longer than expected based on other reviews I saw. It finished around 10:30 so about 3 hours and Cupid as the entertainer was a bonus.

This was my 1st adult rodeo event & it brought back some childhood memories as well as rekindled a passion for the country.

We had so much fun at the rodeo..lost my voice from laughing. This rodeo is a must for my sister and I. Our Oklahoma cowboys took home the calf roping money!

This was my first Rodeo, but it won't be my last. The skill and showmanship of the men and women was outstanding. It was an exciting experience to see and know that people of color also have a rich history in the ear of the "cowhand", even if not accurately portrayed in movies and TV.

My sister and I really enjoy this rodeo every year I was glad to see the TV screens were working this year.

Very nice and Organized Show... :) WIsh it was longer.. My boys had a great time
