Country Roads: a John Denver Celebration Tickets

John Denver Tribute concert was awesome! I took my parents and they loved it...it was a great evening out. The bonus was having the guy that actually wrote some songs for Denver come on stage and sing. :-). The main singer sounded a lot like John and it was interesting getting little facts about his life. Thank you for a wonderful night.

We had recently been to the Ames Center to hear Home Free, which was amazing. I was worried this show would pale in comparison. I was wrong! Jim Curry, and band, are an authentic fill-in for the real John Denver. Don't get me wrong, nothing would be finer than to hear John Denver in person again, but since that's not possible Jim Curry fills the shoes very well!! I hope he will return to MN again soon. I have already recruited other John Denver fans to join me at the next concert!

We really enjoyed the show. It was neat to meet some actual members from John Denver's band from when he was alive. I grew up listening to John Denver so I think it is very cool that someone is bringing his music back for the new generation to listen to. I am so glad that John Denver finally got his Hollywood Star this past Friday!

Great entertainment. A look back in time with a group that did a great job of replicating the John Denver tunes. Jim Curry was outstanding

He sounded just like John Denver. It was heartfelt and a great concert overall.

I was amazed how much he sounded like JD and he was so fun to watch. Great with audience.

This was perhaps one of THE best concerts we have ever seen. Always a folk era fan from way back,John Denver was one of our favorites. We were heartsick after he tragically died. When Jim Curry came out and really resembled John and then when he opened his mouth and sang the first few lines of the song, we really were in tears. It was so moving and well done. The concert was fantastic. Everyone in the group was great and the choices of songs were perfect. The large screen in the background added to the affect with the photos. The "meet and greet" afterwards was especially gracious and rounded out the concert to a total A plus. I hope this group comes back so we can encourage our friends to join us. We'd certainly go again!!

Outstanding performance. I would pay 70 dollors again in a heartbeat to see them again. One of the best intertainment deals out there. We were at the Burnsville Center in Minnesota when we heard them.

I felt as if John Denver was alive once again. Tim Curry captures John's spirit and music. All of the band was fantastic and it was fun hearing the stories about the compossers of Thank God I's A Country Boy and Grandma's Feather Bed.

An outstanding evening! Jim Curry looks and sounds just like John Denver; Jim has an amazing voice. The evening was upbeat and filled with not only the music of John Denver but also with stories about him. And to have Richie Garcia on drums, just as he did with John, was extra special. The surprise of having John Sommers play as well as Jim Connor only added to the wonderful evening. I highly recommend seeing this show!

I bought the tickets for my parents and they loved it. My dad is the biggest fan and he enjoyed it very much.

Jim Curry does a great job with John Denver songs. He is a personable performer and asked the audience to sing along. Three of the band members had performed with John Denver and gave memories of their times with him. Performed most of the notable hits.

Closed my eyes and thought Denver was back A great time!!!
