It was a great concert and Adam Duritz spent time explaining the inspiration behind the songwriting and the work the band does into making the music 'breathe'. Well done.

by Dan813 on 8/26/18Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena - Atlantic CityI have wanted to see the counting crows for years. I read many reviews about this particular tour with Live ( who I also like a lot). Sadly, the counting crows were not that good. Could barely hear Adams vocals although he did make sure we could hear him when he was talking about his father in Vietnam. It was a concert, I didn’t pay to hear him give a speach. I honestly thing he forgot the words to half of his songs. Live on the other hand was awesome! Maybe they should change the title to Live with guest the Counting Crows and give Live some more play time. I couldn’t believe how many people walked out on the crows.

I think they stole the show because the Counting Crows didn't sound the same as their recordings on a lot of songs. It took awhile for Adam to get into the set but once he did they were great, too
