  • Decent Venue, But Needs New Jumbotron

by Rj on 5/17/24Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 3 out of 5

The venue is a good size and you have the great view of the game even if you're in the upper level. I thought the selection for the halftime show was totally off the mark with two rappers (given the number of families with young children) and the music was played way too loud. The Jumbotron absolutely needs to be replaced. The quality looks like a projection screen from the 80s.

The music was loud and Horrible! Not everybody should be subject to that kind of noise.

  • Excellent team and great entertainment

LOVE watching & supporting our local WNBA team CONNECTICUT SUN'S play. Had great seats this time around and although they lost it was an awesome game playing the NY Liberty team. Worth every penny! 🧡

Everything was great, the access, seating and game! Great! Seats are a little small!

  • Tight seats

by DarniusTerix on 10/2/23Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 3 out of 5

It's a great venue that has made improvements since my last time there. The seats are tight and isles are tight.

  • Superb

Couldn't have had the opportunity to see my team play in the semi-finals in a near perfect seat! My purchase was hassle free. Really appreciated the fans surrounding me during the game. The food venues were staffed to accommodate the crowds. Will definitely use Ticketmaster again to purchase seats for game and concert tickets!

The CT Sun/NY Liberty game was very competitive with a lot of talent on both sides. The Sun arena is a great venue for games.

This was my 2nd WNBA game and first playoff. My experience was a great one. My wife and I got dinner at the casino and really enjoyed the high competition of the game itself. Will come back for more games next year for sure.

  • a series of problems

by KM on 9/27/23Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 2 out of 5

From the moment I parked in reserved parking (the parking furthest from the door!) until we reached the gym where the game was to be played, life was quite difficult. Where does the ticket disappear to after entering the arena? Do you have to remember your seat numbers beforehand because all ticket data is gone after entry? I am certain that people had moved into my seats but could not call them on it because all of my ticket data had disappeared into cyberspace!! Give me a paper ticket anyday!!!

  • terrible

by bb on 9/20/23Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 1 out of 5

Only upper seats could be purchased from ticket master. Will not do it again.

  • Support Women’s Sports!!!

by Champs! on 9/16/23Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Great game, they’re an awesome team with great chemistry. Their teamwork speaks for itself. We just need more people to support our WNBA team and fill the arena!

  • TERRIBLE

by PK on 9/15/23Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 2 out of 5

WORST EXPERIENCE FOR PARKING. Purchase parking in advance and didn’t get a bar code with the “ticket” so wasn’t able to park where we were supposed to. Spent 30 minutes driving around looking for parking. Totally ruined our overall experience.

  • The Connecticut Sun is AMAZING

by Kaitlyn on 9/13/23Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Not only is the team massively underrated, but so is the location. I know it's a tough area for some people to get to if they live further away, but as someone who lives in Eastern CT, I was frankly mad at myself for not having been to games earlier in my life. The seats are nice, the staff is pleasant and parking is easy as long as you know where you going. The most difficult thing about getting to the game is navigating the Casino appropriately so you don't accidentally take the long way. I love this team, what they do with the Indigenous people in the area and can't wait to come to more games!

My husband is a big WNBA fan and I got tickets to see the Sun and Fever play. We had no problem getting our tickets and the seats were excellent. Both of us really enjoyed the game and we have already made plans to return next season. Had so much fun.

  • Love the Connecticut Sun

by Steve on 9/8/23Mohegan Sun Arena - UncasvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Love basketball, love the Suns! Drove 2 1/2 hours to get there, well worth it. They play in the best venue in New England!

  • Fantastically fun and family-friendly!

by Mike on 8/31/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Everything about the game was perfect. Convenient parking, easy access, great atmosphere even for small kids, well-produced entertainment during stoppages and at halftime, and most importantly an exciting brand of basketball on the court. My 4-year old loves the Sun, so we knew he'd be blown away the experience, but our 1-year old was also dazzled and interested the whole time. We will certainly make a point to attend regularly in the future, and actually bought 2 season tickets for my oldest son (age 21, from my 1st marriage, who has gotten us all into women's basketball) for next season as his Christmas gift. The facility doesn't have a bad seat anywhere, and the staff are efficient and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. One suggestion: there are several references to a "no bag"policy on the Sun and venue websites, so we made efforts to bring our 1-year old in without a diaper bag (no small feat). We managed, but noticed multiple parents bringing in diaper bags and no one blinked an eye. That's how it should be, but clarifying or updating what can be brought into the game might save some poor parents a great deal of juggling and stress! In all, a great day watching an exciting product in a convenient venue... thank you!
