US V Canada was a great game. The only issue was lack of announcing and lack of video replay. Wonderful venue.
Customer service staff, ticketing and Customer Experience staff were all great - smiling and welcoming. I was there for CONCACAF Nations League Finals. Security was a joke given the fact that Mexico was playing the USA and green laser pointers were used during the match and beers rained on the fields at several times hitting officials and players. You could see security slowly going into those areas but seldom did you see anyone removed. Fist fights in the stands. Not sure why security was not prepared for this or not prepared to do anything.
Excellent Stadium, spacious, security is doesnt take time, so all is good.
Great experience everything well organized the beautiful stadium.
Bummed that mexico lost but overall I had a really good experience. It was my first time at Allegiant Stadium so I’ll definitely be back for the Raiders games!
I would really like a refund for this experience the worst futbol game I have ever attended very bad sportsmanship from the teams.
Game was cut short due to chanting. Security would come in to our row and block our view and very disruptive. For the price I paid I expected better service.
The seats were good and the actual game was good. Disappointed to hear Mexico Fans boo the USA National Anthem, throw beer on the field, and then get the game ended due to discriminating language. All because they were losing. Leave it to a select group of immature people to ruin it for everyone.
The game itself was great. The Mexico fans were not pleasant and became violent near end of game. Beer selection at stadium was terrible. Fights in stands ended up in my row and I got cut, daughter a sprained ankle and son in law a bruised knee. We were not engaging with the taunting then a fight above us ended up in our row and beer thrown all over us.
Everything was going perfect until Mexico fans started homophobic chant when USA goalkeeper kicks off ball.
I suppose Allegiant might rethink their security strategies and seating arrangements for future fixtures involving long-term international soccer rivals. The first game (Canada vs Panama) was lightly attended and a largely wonderful experience. Though the replay function on the large screens in the stadium was pretty rough and often non-existent. During the second game (USA VS Mexico), the mixed supporters in the crowd were mostly affable throughout the first half, but as the match progressed and the USMNT separated themselves with a three point lead, the mood in the stadium soured to a violent, anarchic pitch. Fans of Mexico threw beers onto the pitch and other fans and countless fights broke out throughout the venue. My brother and I left early bathed in tossed beers and dodging angry fans and fights both inside the stadium and out. Though some of the onus for the devolving scene that day is certainly due to the terrible officiating that allowed the game to regress into a display of wanton aggression and violence, the forethought to separate the crowd by supporters (as many venues do) would have stemmed the greater part of the resulting violence and hooliganism. Hopefully they’ve learned their lesson and we won’t see that kind of unfortunate behavior in future fixtures featuring USMNT and El Tri.
Security was low for the amount of people. It was very easy to get in, as in fast.. food stands never fail at Allegiant! Great experience it was a great rivalry. We had a great time can’t wait for another game, hopefully the non locals didn’t ruin the mexico national team being able to come to Vegas with the puto chant.
We drove to Las Vegas from Cali for this game. Everything was going great. Entry was easy, the stadium is amazing but I feel like security could have been better. I was with my husband and 3 kids and we also had 5 other families in our group. We all had to leave before the game ended because of the fights. 2 fights in the section next to us could have been avoided if security was paying attention. There was a lot of yelling back and forth for a good while before punches were thrown. There should be zero tolerance for people who are causing problems. Kick them out right away instead of waiting until things get violent.
Incredible vibe! Great people and staff! Nice site lines for all seats. Easy to get to from most hotels with tram available to help get everyone around. One of the best sporting events I’ve been to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Game was great… US has a lot to learn about hosting soccer matches. This isn’t football. Do not sit opposing fans with each other and allow / encourage a lot of drinking at your venue for 5 hours before a highly contested match starts… you’re asking for people to be idiots (which they were). Your awareness and planning is failing and it’s not the first time at this stadium with these teams. Be better.
The stadium was awesome, the only thing that needs some work is the security, they failed to remove some people fighting during the game.
The stadium is top quality, the seats were great, waiting lines were decent, helpful staff, overall great experience.
Stadium is great. The ticket purchase and use is super easy I was familiar after I used Ticketmaster for us open in NYC last year. But I gotta tell you, READ THE REGULATIONS BEFOFE YOU GO TO ALLEGIANT STADIUM.. I’ve been on a lot of stadiums in the world and NONE as strict as this man.. I have a PSG Nike Fanny pack that I love and that when I go on trips or to events like this.. they literally told me I had to throw it away if I want to go in.. even tho I showed them it folds and I can put it in my pocket.. NOPE.. RIDICULOUS! I ended up hiding it outside the stadium and found it afterwards.. other than that, great stadium! Great view, lights, temperature etc… 👍
Horrible experience, rude crowds, fights everywhere
