Columbus Jazz Orchestra Tickets

When someone says the CJO is world-class, they are not exaggerating. The talent in this group is off the charts! There is not one less-than-outstanding musician in this group. Bobby Floyd (piano/organ) alone is worth the price of admission. Byron Stripling, an outstanding trumpet player and singer, always presents a very entertaining show with a tight, tight, tight jazz group! We've never been disappointed with any of their shows over the years.

Better than last year's and it was great. Their rendetion of "Go Tell it on the Mountain" rocked the house! Both guest singers were also excellent. This is quickly becoming a Christmas tradition for our family.

It was really good. Really. The CJO is spectacular in and of itself love all those horns- I could go on forever- and the incomparable Bobby Floyd? Nuff said. The inclusion of the vocally understated & humble - when describing themselves - guest artists John Clayton, Jeff Hamilton & Benny Green added a deep musical expertise rarely experienced in one event. Q: why only 3 trumpeters names in the program? Hmm.

An amazing experience for the Columbus jazz fans! Great musicians, great venue, great service!

This was one of the most amazing jazz concerts I have ever attended. Columbus is fast becoming the New Orleans of the North! Thank you Columbus Jazz Orchestra for a wonderful evening of music.

This was our first time attending a Columbus Jazz Orchestra concert. I am a big jazz lover and this event was spectacular. The cohesiveness of the band could be heard in the songs. I will definitely be attending more events.

The combined gifts, creativity, musical sensibilities and joie de vivre of John Clayton, Benny Green and Jeff Hamilton are unsurpassed. To witness their performance with the Columbus Jazz Orchestra is a joyful memory that I will cherish forever. Gratitude to Byron Stripling for bringing them to Columbus.

We managed last minute tickets to the final CJO concert of the season and are so glad we did. The singers (including those in the orchestra!) were amazing, the song selections beautifully coordinated and the band rocked. Thank you CJO!
