About

Claire Rosinkranz turns idyllic days of a teenage summer, road trips, post-school adventures, and the butterflies of young love into breezy alternative pop anthems. Picture road trips with no destination. You float through waves at the beach, and drive windows down on the PCH. You watch the stars in the cloudless night sky with best friends.

These scenes could easily comprise a montage for a nostalgic coming-of-age flick, but they also provide fodder for Claire Rosinkranz's 2023 full-length debut album, Just Because [slowplay/Republic Records]. The 19-year-old gold-certified Southern California singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist captures all of the joy, confusion, anxiety, and wonder of growing up through 13 tracks set to a soundtrack of gleeful guitars, lo-fi production, and chantable choruses under the California sun.

In 2020, the then-16-year-old gold-certified Southern California singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist emerged as a smart, sharp, and savvy voice for Gen-Z with her independent breakout "Backyard Boy." It amassed more than 1 billion total streams, and was RIAA-certified Gold.

She maintained this momentum with fan favorite EPs BeVerly Hills BoYfRiEnd [2020] and 6 Of A Billion [2021]. Along the way, she collaborated with Jeremy Zucker, ROLE MODEL, Clinton Kane, Hauskey and Aidan Bissett in addition to touring alongside Alec Benjamin and Dermot Kennedy, and packing out her own headline shows and festival sets.

Beyond praise from The New York Times, Billboard, HYPEBAE and more, Claire garnered the MTV Trending VMA for "Best Breakthrough Song." On her 2023 full-length debut album, Just Because [slowplay/Republic Records], the now-19-year-old Claire captures all of the joy, confusion, anxiety, and wonder of growing up songs set to a soundtrack of gleeful guitars, lo-fi production, and chantable choruses under the California sun.

Incredible amount of energy which stimulated a LOT of audience participation! I am 70 years old and thoroughly enjoyed this concert. Of course, I was a fan of Claire's music prior.

Venue was perfect, small and intimate, no lines or waiting to get in or get drinks. The meet and greet was a wonderful surprise too!!

We got there a couple of hours early and it paid off! We were within the first few people in line! Both of Claire’s Openers were amazing!! And of course Claire herself did not disappoint! It was a 10/10 experience! I would love to go see the DWLLRS if they go on tour themselves! Amazing show! Love Claire!

by Louis on 2/7/23Thalia Hall - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

Such a fun show! My show was a sold out show and Claire was so natural and confident on stage. Our crowd had so much energy and Claire knew how to demand more from us. She has such a promising career as a songwriter and as a touring artist.

Claire works so hard to put these concerts together and you can really tell! Such a great artist and I would do anything to see the concert again in person!

It was a lot of fun! I enjoyed Dwellers performance as well. I liked how she showed off new songs and also did a bit of a switch up with some of her older music. She was so cute and had great energy. I’d totally go see her again. Only con was I felt like the opening acts didn’t quite match her vibe/genre.

  • Amazing concert!

It was a fantastic concert. The venue was nice. Claire’s performance was amazing. She sang well, interacted with the audience well, and owned the stage like a veteran performer.

  • HEARTBROKEN

by Sammy on 12/4/22Rating: 1 out of 5

I literally have been such a huge fan of Claire for years, she's been so inspiring to me. I purchased tickets to her Toronto show the second I could in 2021 and her show was rescheduled. When me and about 20 other fans showed up to her venue and waited for hours outside we found out 30 minutes after the doors were supposed to open apparently the Toronto show was canceled and no email got sent. I have not been reimbursed and I have had no way of contacting Claire or organizers for help. Extremely upset by this I havent even been able to listen to her music this year since that happened because of how heartbroken I am. Please let me see u live or at least return the money I paid:(
