Cirque Dreams Holidaze (Touring) Tickets

We arrived with tickets to row 31 we were reseated in row 3 . What a great view right up front. Had my grandsons for their pre Birthday/ Christmas bash. Very entertaining lots of great acts !!! Love the Aireal but it was a completely captivating event .

This was our first Cirque Du Soleil show. It was basically an acrobatics show with music and colorful and fun costumes. It was entertaining. Glad we attended.

Very disappointed that MGM National Harbor would host such a poor production in its theater. Too many acts performing the same ‘tricks’ on a hanging apparatus. I counted at least eight; this became very tiring to watch. The holiday theme was poorly executed also. Luckily, parking is free, because the rickets were much too expensive for this quality of show. Cirque du Soleil may want to remove the ‘Cirque’ title from this Cirque Dreams production.

This show was a lot of entertainment. Music was great and the acts were stunning.

The “Cirque” name along with the MGM venue sold me the tickets. The direction, choreography, lighting and talent was amateurish. It was so bad that we actually left after intermission, not wanting to waste any more of our valuable time.

Did not think this show was anywhere near as good as other Cirque shows in the past. Audience participation with bells was not entertaining to watch, neither was a women bouncing balls. The shows used to be more daring and a lot more acrobats and moving parts going on at one time. Was dissappointed.

I've been to the ones in Tysons too. They're great for everyone. We had a great time.

Cirque's Holidaze show was ~2 hours of traditional Cirque Du Soleil skills. Juggling, Balancing, Jumps and Improvised Trapeze work. There were two singers that loosely narrated a story throughout but you'd be forgiven if you didn't understand the plot. I thought the singers were actually fairly talented but sort of unnecessary for what comes across more as a talent show. The actual acts were typically impressive, but I was not blown away by them and neither were my sons (5 and 10 yo). Without the narrative plot or drama, you really need to be blown away by the skills and there were a few moments that were spectacular but most of them were just impressive. Imagine very good street buskers (maybe the best you've ever seen) but only a few that were truly amazing. It makes for a good two hours but for me and the family, it was not something we will remember for years to come. I think some the vegas shows are more in that category but this was the touring show in a half empty maryland casino. No regrets that we went, but I don't think I'd go again to this tier of Cirque Du Soleil.

My wife and I have seen several Cirque shows over the years and have always enjoyed the experience. This particular show just does not live up to expectations. As usual, the Cirque costumes are great. But the goodness ends there. The music was mediocre and the talent/acts was no where near what we have enjoyed in past shows. Even more disappointing is the MGM venue. It feels dated and the atmosphere insulates you from a true Cirque experience. Overall, my wife and I found it very disappointing.

The show was fairly good. The sound design and sound production could have improved it greatly. It lacked great sound which would have made the performers look a lot better. The drink selection at the show was bad. They had a bar with no cocktail menu. If a Christmas cocktail menu had been created, that would have been great and the sales would have most likely increased 4-5x. We ordered seats on the balcony because my mother is handicapped and we wanted to avoid ALL steps. We still had to take some steps in order to get to our seat. On top of this, the MGM would not provide a wheel chair for my mother who is handicapped. They told me I would need to pay a minimum of $25 in order to receive one. This is beyond absurd and disrespectful. Luckily one of the ladies who was working at the show gave us help on the best way to limit the amount of walking. With a few breaks taken in between walking, we were able to get to and from the seats. It would have been much easier for her if we had a wheel chair. Both an employee and a manager denied us. I can’t express in a review how hurtful this was.

Love it great for families. Will surely attend again.

The ilumination from our seats was bad. The show was ok but not that entretaining.

Kids would probably enjoy this show. Otherwise, Save your money. Acrobatic performers were good, but far and few between. The extra actors on stage swaying to the music, waving and smiling were not necessary - guess just used to fill space. Only one act at a time in center stage. Saw a cirque show in Vegas once before and acts were happening above us, beside us and several on the stage at once. Was expecting more. Live singers added nothing to the show and I would have rather seen more acrobatic acts than listen to their mediocre performances. Disappointed.

It was not what I expected. I expected. My 11 year old Grandson liked it however, the 3 year old wanted to go home after 30 mins. I expected more performers and more exciting performances. There were some exciting acts. However, most of the acts were not at the level I expected and most of these acts went on for to long. I would not go again

Good for the whole family. Lots of different acts, moves fast. Entertaining

We were in section 108 and really would have liked large screens up on the sides of the stage so we could have seen the Performer’s Expressions. Holidaze was a lovely family event. The music was extraordinary.

The show was excellent making the time pass so quickly. The venue was very nice and contributed to a great evening.

This show was pricey. The performance was very low budget. I have seen many cirque shows before. This had no comparison. Also had technical difficulties.
