    Truly a Horrific show!

by Pitustar on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

Well, I was expecting some cheesyness, butthe fact that it was a Spaniard production mixed with some theatrical promises enticed me to buy, "El Circo de Los Horrores" simply lacks a flow as a show. The "horror" concept gets old, and overshadows thet talents of all the artists and athletes that are part of it. I will say the vampire/clown was outstanding, refreshing in a ver classical way. They also should have done the show in spanish. For the kind of money paid, definitely not up to standards. I would have been ok with the lack of flow if I would have paid $20.00. BUT FOR 70.00 BUCKS, Come one, give me a break

    soft horror

by floridasonias on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

The team was amazing, the Circo De Los Horror is not a regular cirques it is more like a theater play. You can't ignore it - you will love it!

    You cannot miss it!!

    by ZyK2010 on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

Great event!. El Circo de los Horrores was what I expected and more. It had a little bit of everything (theather, interaction with the audience, circus acts, etc). At first, it reminds you of Holloween Horror Nights at Universal because all the horror movies' s main characters are going around, but once it stars you will have moments of suspense, humor, and enjoyment. They also add some Spanish phrases here and there which really complement the acts and make you laugh.

    Pretty basic, with some flair

by eventfinder on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

The first half was much better then the second half. The costume and theme music was decent but it was basically some basic circus acts just with halloween costumes. Some of the acts were not even themed. In the second half they did the cheezy gillateen thing with the gilliteen thing or however you spell look like they bought it at costco. I sat in the front row which was good because the performers did interect with the front row people. They also had that deal with 2 guys that balance off each other with one arm etc. You see that all the time but for this show they were halloween type costumes. However, as stated earlier the 2nd half they almost abandoned completely the halloween theme. A guy does a fake driving a car thing with audience participation. Pretending to open the door to the car etc. Pretty old school stuff that would not have drawn an audience ahead of time unless it was haloween themed.

The show was horrible, I spent alot of money for seating in an obscure section and the acting was nothing less than juvenile. I would not suggest this for anyone with serious search of cultural arts.

circo de los horrores ok, but not amazing

by edzter on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

i was expecting more from the show. I would have preferred the show to be completely in spanish or have a show in spanish because it was hard to understand the cast speaking in english. Also, for the price we paid we were expecting something more acrobatic or intense (it looked more like a comedy). It was good, but too pricey to what it was

    Cirquo de los Horrores

by Theyshouldbeashamed on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

Terrible. Since when does being able to do the splits or a backbend deserve applause? I cannot believe I paid so much money to see this. These people could barely do a cartwheel without falling. They need to go back to circus camp.

    Great show

    by vero7 on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

This is really a good show - much more funny than scary! Great costumes and very good acts balanced by really funny clown numbers. I laughed so hard that my jaws hurt!

Circo De Los Horrores was great!!

    by acmd64 on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

It is great to see acts of this quality come to Miami. An International renown act not only brings a scare but it is entertaining and fun. Would recommend it to anyone.

    Highly Recommend

by Sofilo on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

The show was very entertaining. The actors knew how to interact with their audience and engage them during the audience participation acts. The acrobatic performances were excellent. The only slightly disappointing aspect was that it wasn't really that scary, but it made up for it in comedy. Surprisingly funny!!!

Lots of fun, a definite sleeper in Miami

    by g00n3r11 on 10/12/10James L Knight Center - Miami

I had no idea what me and my wife were in for. Entering the thearter was great with everyone in costume walking around and then as the show begun, it only got better and better. Very entertaining, they interacted with the crowd which was great. I think we got lucky with getting the best person from the audience, Israel. That guy was great and too funny. I hope they hook that guy up. He had me laughing like crazy. I hope the buzz gets around, this show is a must see. Something new and fun to do in Miami.

Very good marketing, the show was not as good.

by PersonXYZ on 10/11/10James L Knight Center - Miami

I did not know what to expect, the marketing was very good, tv, advs, etc. but not the show. It did not start on time. They were switching between english and spanish, I could not understand well that they were saying when they were speaking in english. It would be better if they just speak spanish. They just did a good job, it was not very good or excellent, I was not scared at all and I did not laugh that much either. You should pay for what you get, I just think that I paid too much for that. Some acts were good, but not all of them. I´m sure they are great people and they are doing the best they can, but they have to do more. Acrobats and performers have to improve a lot their performances.
