Circle of Sisters Tickets

I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT I WAS AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN. THIS WAS THE WORST CONCERT EVER!!!! THE SOUND WAS NOT WORKING. THE SCREENS WERE NOT ON. THE VENUE SEATS ARE HORRIBLE. TAMAR BRAXTON DID NOT SHOW UP. JAHIEM WAS A LAST MINUTE REPLACEMENT AND THOUGH HE TRIED TO DELIVER A PERFORMANCE -- THE SOUND DID NOT WORK. AGAIN, THE WORST SHOW EVER. IT WILL BE A VERY LONG TIME BEFORE I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR ANY EVENT AT THE GARDEN, THEATER OR ANY OTHER VENUE ASSOCIATED WITH MADISON.

The show was great. Avant was very good though I wish he would cut down on using the "N" word in conversation to the audience. Otherwise he is underrated. He can really sing. Jaheim was a surprise though he was good. I wish Tamar would have come. The intermission with comedian Earthquake and radio personality Dela Vu was hilarious. They really brought life to the audience prior to Chaka's performance. These two had the audience in full laughter. Chaka Khan was excellent. Although at the concert I saw her in New Jersey in May of this year with Stephanie Mills, Chaka was more than excellent. She really put a hurting on those songs at that concert. The only thing about her performance at this Saturday's concert that I didn't like is the fact that she didn't sing more of her hits. We got cheated out of some of her songs she has been singing lately such as "Through the Fire", "Love Me Still", "Angel", "Papillon" and "Earth Song". Overall I give the entire show an "A".

My husband and I was on our very first trip to NYC and we were extremely thrilled to get tickets to see Chaka Tamar and Avant. To our disappointment Tamar was a no show, Jaheim tried to help save the night but he basically dropped the mic and left the stage because they couldn't get the sound to work. It was truely a disappointment. Others had already left and then we left. Pretty sad wish I could get a refund to be quite honest.

Other than avant, It was alright. I took my sister to see tamara and that went out the window. Never again will I do group concerts.

Artist Tamar Braxton did not show up,Chaka Khan was not very good.

This concert was ok but I was disappointed that Tamar Braxton wasn't there. The sound system could have been better but I liked the theatre. They should have projected the concert on the big screens that they had on the sides though. that way I could have gotten a closer look at the performers. Earthquake and Deja vu were a nice addition to the show. They made up for the Jaheim issue with his sound. wish he could have had the chance to perform more of hs songs but I understood his frustration. Avant did an excellent job. He needs his own concert

The performances were mediocre. Very dissappointed that Tamar wasn't there. It was my husband's 1st time to a concert since coming from Africa. Not good.

Overall I had a good time, the WBLS-DJ's and MC's were excellent. I really enjoyed Deja Vu and Earthquake.

Chaka Khan was okay, she didn't sing a lot of her old songs. Tamar, didn't show up. I really wanted to see her, And her replacement was off key, because the sound system kept messing up.

We enjoyed Avant and Jahiem. Was very very very disappointed TAMAR was a no show, a primary reason for getting 2nd row tickets for y partner. I feel and expect some kind of future compensation for her next show...Will be contacting Ticket Master for that.

I purchased my ticket in hopes to see the three people on the line up that I paid for. I was more then a little upset to find that Tamar would not be in the line up for the night... What a let down. But to then be insulted with Jaheim as her back up was the biggest upset of the night. I am not a fan of his nor do I ever attend a concert that he is scheduled to perform at. I was even more upset to see how he handled his ending song... who just leaves the stage????? I'm sorry Circle of Sister but that was just a litlle on the tacky side, and for Tamar being a no show she is on my list also. Thank God for Avant and of the the Diva herself Chaka, (who threw some shade Tamar's way for not showing).

Show was disappointing!!! Tamar did not show up, so they replaced her with Jaheim. He showed up was pissed with the sound then left 10 mins into his show. They should have never brought him out, what a waste and so not professional!!! If you're going to put on a show, just sing brotha! I have to give Avant props, he sang well and gave us a performance. During the intermission and all the breaks they struggled to move forward with the event. I'm a Chaka fan but she left US disappointed. She has vocals but no stage presence. All I could say is I saw her one time, but never again. This show was so BORING!!!! Definitely not worth the money and I would have to think about attending another Circle of Sisters event. I only gave it 2 stars because Avant did well and he gave us real R&B music. They should have left him on for an hour.

It was off the hook...i can't wait until there's another event.
