Chris Young in Concert
By his 33rd birthday, RCA Records Nashville artist Chris Young has accumulated an impressive list of accomplishments, including membership in the iconic Grand Ole Opry, eleven career No. 1 singles, seventeen R.I.A.A. Gold/Platinum/Multi-Platinum certified projects, 2 Grammy nominations, 3 Country Music Association nominations and 4 Academy of Country Music nominations. As a prolific creator, Chris has given fans 7 studio albums in 12 years including Losing Sleep, his third project in less than two years. The title track is certified Platinum while "Hangin' On" is his ninth No. 1 as a songwriter. Losing Sleep (2017) and I'm Comin' Over (2015) debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Country Albums Chart with "I'm Comin' Over" becoming Young's first 2x Platinum single.
Named "one of his era's finest traditionalists" by the Associated Press, Chris has quickly become an international ambassador for country music, performing to capacity crowds around the world including the sold-out C2C Festival in the UK. With a hit-packed set that highlights his eleven chart-toppers — including back-to-back No. 1s "Losing Sleep," "Sober Saturday Night," "Think Of You," and "I'm Comin' Over" — the Grammy and ACM nominated vocalist headlined the Chris Young Losing Sleep 2018 World Tour, with more than 55 arena and amphitheater shows including his first hometown headlining stop at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena playing to a capacity crowd of nearly 14,000 fans, friends and family.
2019 brings new music - the just-released anthem, "Raised On Country," and a new arena headlining tour.
Chris was great. He was so good to his fans and put on a great show. Can't wait to see him again.
Had a blast!!!! Played a little later that I would have liked him too, rocked his show and nailed his songs could've came over to his left but kept going to the right. Girls wre mean and crazy not letting anyone up close to her a go picture.
Awesome...needs to be more organized finding the meet & greet pass holder. Other than that love the Orbit Room!
Sometimes when you see somebody perform live they don't sound the same as on their cd. This is not true of Chris Young. In person he sounds better than the cd or radio. He is amazing ! You can see how much he loves what he is doing in his performance. I loved the show. The venue was a little different. There were a lot of drunken people, but we tried not to let it spoil his performance. Chris is great . We drove two and a half hours to see him and I would do it again.
I loved the show and would for sure go see Chris again!!! I just would never go back to the Chameleon Club....it was so packed that I never even got to see any of the concert.
The show was great. The opening act was really good also (forgot name). We did not know there was an opening act.
I drove over a 100 miles to attend this show. I was not disappointed!! When Chris sings it's like listening to Angel's sing! His voice is pure and so deep. He sounds even better in person!! Loved it.
Chris Young's vocals will give you goosebumps and his stage presence makes you feel like he is putting on a private concert for a bunch of close friends. Go see a full band show every chance you get!!! If he is the opener at a concert this summer don't be late, or you'll be sorry you missed him.
Chris Young put on a great show!! The Chamelion club is the worst set up for concert that I have ever seen. Too mnay people for the way the place is built.
Chris put on a great show--Was very excited and very thankful to the fans. Wished he would have played longer though.
Great Show. It lasted a little over an hour starting at 11:30 on New Years Eve. Not being a big country fan, he made me want to listen to more. He really connected with the crowd. The dance floor was packed all night. What a show for $30.00 a ticket on New Years Eve!!!!
Chris Young was amazing! Such a great perfromer and he is just as good, if not better, live as he is on the radio! Will definitely be going to his show again
It was awesome!!! I couldn't have been happier. It was just them and their guitars. Chris Young sang a few Christmas songs and it showed how versatile his voice is. They not only put on a great performance you could tell they were enjoying themselves as well. These guys are very talented and I look forward to seeing them again.
Would have liked the two openers to be shorter and have Chris sing for longer than an hour. While he did sing some newer songs I would have liked him to sing more of the newer ones. Didn't like that he was all drunk and made a point to say his favorite thing is sex. Come on not every one needs to know that. I thought that was very inappropiate. Some jokes were very funny but not that statement. I really like Chris Young but his concerts could be better, he didn't even do an encore.
I had an awesome time. I took my daughter for her birthday and she said it was the best birthday she ever had.
The sitting on stools with the guitars and singing was just so personal and awesome! I loved the Christmas songs and hope that someone was able to tell Mr Young about Leavenworth, Wa for a christmas visit to the great Northwest! My husband and I both thought it was by far one of the best concerts!
I really was glad I went to see this concert. It was easy to hear and not to bad of a seat. I wasn't as impressed with Bryce Lee, he was ok. I love Chris Youngs voice and songs and i am glad he played some of his most recent hits. It was really great!!! I would go again.
Loved Chris Young Bryce lee was ok Seating was ok too.
Last time we saw Chris he had a full band, that concert was great. Just two guitars not so good. Second guitarist lost his way several times and Chris' voice sounded better with the band.
I loved that it was an up close and personnel concert.
