Chris Stapleton in Concert

Kentucky-born Chris Stapleton is a multiple Grammy, CMA and ACM Award-winner and one of Nashville's most respected and beloved musicians. Following his breakthrough solo debut album Traveller, Stapleton released two No. 1 albums last year. Both From A Room: Volume 1 and From A Room: Volume 2 take their name from legendary RCA Studio A, where they were recorded with Grammy Award winning producer, Dave Cobb.

Released to overwhelming praise, the albums were featured on "Best of 2017" lists at Rolling Stone, Variety, Stereogum and The Tennessean who praised, "Both are rich with the textures of Stapleton's vocals that make him one of country music's most beloved artists, classic country sounds and thoughtful articulate lyrics about love, life and pain."

Stapleton was recently awarded Album of the Year (From A Room: Volume 1) and Male Vocalist of the Year at The 51st Annual CMA Awards and is the most nominated country artist at the 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards with three nominations —Best Country Album (From A Room: Volume 1), Best Country Song ("Broken Halos") and Best Country Solo Performance ("Either Way").

Chris Stapleton on Tour

Chris Stapleton's "All-American Road Show" returns in the summer and fall of 2020 with an extensive new run of shows including stops at Washington State's Gorge Amphitheatre on June 20, Atlanta's Truist Park on July 18, Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on October 2 and New York's Madison Square Garden on October 10. Additionally, on August 29, Stapleton makes his headline debut at Chicago's famed Wrigley Field with special guests The Highwomen, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and The Dirty Knobs with Mike Campbell. Additional guests along the tour include (in alphabetical order) Dwight Yoakam, Elle King, Hank Williams Jr., Kendell Marvel, Margo Price, Nikki Lane, Sheryl Crow, The Marcus King Band and Yola.

Other tour highlights include the first event at Texas Rangers' Globe Life Field on March 14 as well as "A Concert for Kentucky"—a special performance benefitting his newly created Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund to be held at University of Kentucky's Kroger Field on April 25, 2020. Presented by Live Nation, the performance is the first concert ever held at UK's Kroger Field and features very special guests Willie Nelson & Family, Sheryl Crow and Yola. 100% of the concert's net proceeds will go toward Chris and Morgane Stapleton's Outlaw State of Kind Hometown Fund. Established in partnership with the Blue Grass Community Foundation, the fund specifically supports local and national organizations directly impacting Kentucky, with initial grant distributions focusing on music and arts education.

On June 26, 2020, Stapleton will be the subject of a new exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The exhibition follows a series of landmark years for Stapleton, following the release of his breakthrough debut album Traveller, which was recently selected as the #1 country album of the decade by Billboard, as well as his acclaimed follow ups: 2017's From A Room: Volume 1 and From A Room: Volume 2.

    Stapleton amazing!

by hollette on 4/27/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

Starting with Anderson East, whom I had never heard before and was awesome, and ending with Chris Stapleton, what an amazing show! You could not go wrong with either entertainer along with their bands. WOW!

    CHRIS STAPLETON WAS AMAZING!

    by LC210 on 4/26/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

Chris Stapleton put on an amazing show. He put his unique twist on his songs where you knew he was singing to the venue and didn't just sound like he was playing his recorded version. His wife and him have a great stage presence together too.

    by Rikki07 on 4/26/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

I have been to a lot of concerts and this one was unbelievable. There was magic in the air. I cried, laughed, and smiled. I love how his wife looks at him with so much love the entire show. He should be so proud of how classy he is. I love him!!!!!

    There aren't enough words.

by Anonymous on 4/26/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

My friends affectionately refer to me as a concert junkie. Chris was the 3rd of 4 shows I went to last weekend, and I have no idea how many I've been to this year. I've never seen or experienced anything like this. Chris Stapleton is real, raw, talented, phenomenal. This was the best show I've ever seen, for a thousand and more reasons. I laughed, cried, danced, sang, and had my mind repeatedly blown. If you have a chance to see this man live, take it.

REAL COUNTRY MUSIC FROM A GREAT TALENT

by Anonymous on 4/26/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

This artist goes across the genres and generations to deliver a throw back sound that resonates as very original. Once seen live, one fully appreciates all the recent accolades he has been receiving. He seems a bit shy on stage and just lets his talent deliver the goods. It is refreshing to also see a couple who obviously appreciate each other as people and artists...he allows his wife to shine in her own right in his show. Would go to see Chris again and again as he does seem to embody a saving grace to the country music scene of today.

    A soulful performance!!

by Anonymous on 4/26/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

I have been to numerous concerts at this venue, it is one of my favorite places. Chris played until almost 11pm. He did an amazing tribute to Merle Haggard and later one to Prince. What a performance!!! I was impressed with his opening act as well, Anderson East. I had not listened to his music before but will definitely consider buying something now.

    Chris Stapleton was awesome!

by Winecntryyorkies on 4/26/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

Chris and his wife put on the best show. She got emotional when the crowd sang along to Traveller. They are truly in love, looking at eachother the whole show. He even did a tribute to Prince. He played his music along with some others and even had Willies harmonica player Mickey on stage with him which was a special treat.

Wonderful show! Chris is amazing live. Wasn't necessarily thrilled with the opening act (Anderson East). But Chris and his wife did an incredible job. They sounded amazing. You could tell they were having a great time up there. They were engaging with the audience and just having fun!

Chris Stapleton is the real deal!

    by SaraB1612 on 4/26/16Greek Theatre-U.C. Berkeley - Berkeley

Such a great show! Chris Stapleton's style is true country with a lot of Blues influences. He played all his hits but also played a few covers to pay his respects to legends like Merle Haggard and Prince. He is a true artist and I just cannot get enough of him!

Excellent show. Chris Stapleton sounded just like.on the CD. It was unbelievable. Anderson East was also very good. Went out and.purchased his CD after the show. Only down side to the show was the long beer lines. Took over an hour to get a beer.

    Very Impressive

by billybobbybrown on 3/16/16TD Garden - Boston

I saw Chris when he opened for Eric Church. Unfortunately, this was right before he released Traveller so I wasn't familiar with a lot of the songs. I go to about 10-20 concerts a year, and Chris is someone I will definitely be seeing again. Aside from his amazing songwriting, his voice is just incredible.

    He is extremely talented

by ltm11 on 3/8/16Global Event Center at WinStar World Casino and Resort - Thackerville

This isn't the first time I've seen him. It is however the first time I have seen him now that other people know who he is. The show was very short. I assume that is the policy of the venue and not him. It was an amazing performance but disappointing because of length of show. It was only an hour long or just under an hour. Most people drove far for the show and paid significant money for such a short show. Chris is a must see, though.
