Chris Stapleton was a fixture of the Nashville music scene long before becoming a contemporary torchbearer for outlaw country music. The Kentucky native moved to the Music City in 2001 and served as frontman for The SteelDrivers and The Jompson Brothers while writing songs for Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Darius Rucker and more. Stapleton unveiled his debut solo album Traveller in 2015 behind singles like “Nobody to Blame” and his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, “Tennessee Whiskey.” The album reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 six months after its release and has since been RIAA-certified platinum six times. In 2017, Stapleton released the two-volume effort From a Room, and his fourth full-length Starting Over followed in 2020. Stapleton has won eight Grammys and received two additional nominations in 2023 for his fifth album, Higher. Aside from working alongside country music heavyweights like Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Lee Ann Womack and Morgan Wallen, Stapleton has also shared the mic with pop elites such as Taylor Swift, Adele, Justin Timberlake, P!NK and Ed Sheeran.

Great venue, great show. Outdoor venue, can stand up front or sit in back. Plenty of vendors and bathrooms, great sound.
Amazing show! I would see him again in a second! He sounds just like his cd.
Was disappointing there was no steel guitar player and also no harmonica player. Chris on lead guitar was solid as well as his vocals. Over a solid performance but the encore was very disappointing needs to end it on a high imho.
Opening act was good and the evening just kept getting better. "Tennessee Whiskey" live has to be heard...what a great interpretation of this classic it is actually better than original versions.. Stapleton's song writing is world class. His performance and that of his band is awesome as well.
Stapleton is a must see artist! His voice, music, and lyrics hit you right in the heart! Everyone needs to see this man!
The venue...the show...the staff!!! Beyond perfect!!! We've already bought tickets to the Allentown Fairgrounds show in Sept!
This man was true to form! Great music and that voice is out of this world! My son and I were so excited since it was announced that Chris was coming to Philly! Counted down the days! Loved the audience participation of Fire Away! Blew us away! His lovely wife is such a great companion to his performance! You can sense the devotion and passion for music they share! Checked off a big one on the bucket list - but will without hesitation go to another show and travel a bit to see him!
Chris Stapleton was amazing!! Great performer!! Great music!! Chris and his wife are adorable !! Festival pier great place for a venue!! First time there!! Crowd was great no drunking idiots like at BB&T pavilion. Security was great!! The people who work the venue were so nice!!
Great show! Would love to see both again! Both played long sets. Awesome.
Chris Stapleton was very good. Venue was terrible. First two bands worse. Lines for beer 40 minutes long. Turned into a long drug out night.
Chris Stapleton was obviously amazing!!!!! But there were two opening acts and the crowd was restless by the time he came on. Jason Isbell brought down the mood of the whole crowd and people were yelling for him to get off stage! The opener is supposed to hype up the crowd and he definitely did not!
Loved lived loved seeing both these guys live for the first time! Venue was terrible though- lines were 30-40 minutes just to go to the bathroom. And so not hygienic. Drink lines were longer. Food options were pitiful.
great voice, as clear as the releases on his CD. Great guitarist
I thought the whole concert was amazing but I was very upset that he did not play parachute even though it was on his traveler album and it's my favorite song of his.
Played quite a few of his hit songs. Also did some songs he had written for other artists. Would recommend seeing Chris to others. I didn't like the way this location is laid out and getting in thru the doors was very poorly set-up and handled.
AMAZING OUTSTANDING So, happy he finally came to town
SO amazing good. Chris and the whole band were just amazing. Played the majority of the Traveller album, only thing more I could have asked for was that they sang Parachute. You are my Sunshine was a great highlight to his wife's vocals, who has some amazing pipes too. To top it all off, Chris has a great sense of humor that he showcased in between songs also. Go see him!
Chris Stapleton was amazing! Definitly would see him again!
Can't say I'll return to PCC ever again if they are going to run the shows this way. Long slow lines and running out of beer, long slow wait to get inside. Long slow wait to get a drink, no signs directing people to their seats. Upper and lower portions gated off from each other, but nobody to enforce it?!?!? People (in the way) sweeping up pieces of paper DURING the event? Why? Seriously felt like the place really didn't care if anyone had a good time. The men's room was pure stench at the beginning of the show which tells me it wasn't clean and the air supply wasn't moving in fresh air to an open room without doors.
This concert was absolutely the best that I have been to, from beginning to end. There was not one thing I was displeased about.
