CHRIS ISAAK IN CONCERT:
When it comes to rock heartthrobs, iconic crooner Chris Isaak is the standard by which all other artists should be judged. Silky voice and shimmering guitar tones? Check. Baby blue eyes and lustrous pompadour? Check. Enough charm and charisma to swindle you out of your savings? Blank check. Starting with his 1985 debut, Isaak has consistently backed up his good looks with serious chops as a performer, and his 2014 tour dates should be no different. Whether he's breaking hearts with "Wicked Game" or casually chatting with his audience, Isaak's talent and magnetism always make for an unforgettable concert experience.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born to a blue-collar California family, Isaak was a high achiever from an early age, serving as student body president of his high school and graduating as class valedictorian. He signed to Warner Bros. in 1984, making his album debut the following year with Silvertone, a moderate success. His self-titled 1986 sophomore album fared similarly, but 1989's Heart Shaped World was a breakout hit, catapulting him to international fame with the steamy single "Wicked Game." Following a string of popular albums released in the '90s, Isaak had a successful run hosting his own talk show The Chris Isaak Show from 2001-2004. On tour once again in 2014, Isaak will treat fans to classics from his decade-spanning catalog as rumors swirl about the possibility of new material on the not-so-distant horizon.

Excellent concert. Great venue. Chris and his band are so talented and funny. They put their heart and souls into the show. I try to see him every time he is in the area. The Grove is my favorite!
Chris Always (with Band) puts on an Outstanding Show. He is the ultimate Professional,with a Velvet voice that never fails, Amazing Sparkly outfits, Great sense of Humor and all in all always a Fun time. I especially enjoy Him coming into the audience, and asking people (me) to come on stage to dance. Makes me feel a part of the show:) Someoone sat next to me who i did not know and saw Chris for the first time and said: "This was the Best show I've ever seen." Personally, this was the 9th time this year seeing Chris! He's the BEST!!

The show was just ok they played more Christmas songs that his own songs. Of the two songs of his that were familiar were just ok his voice was not up to par and because of that I will not see him again! On a positive note he was very kind and fan interactive which was cool to see but the show was only 75 min long which I thought was quite short
LOVE LOVE Chris Issak! He and his band are perfection. And he is so personable and funny! And I was blown away when the rescue dogs came out and he was promoting adoptions....amazing!
Chris’ show was fun, personal, and heartwarming! He came out to the audience allowing nearly everyone a front row seat at some moment and sent his lead guitarist Herschel to shred right in front of you too! He sponsored a no-kill dog shelter to feature some of their adorable pups, allowed audience members up on stage to dance with him all while still possessing that same smooth voice and entertaining everyone. He sang his best songs, paid tribute to rockabilly and the blues, and was so personable and charming. Don’t miss his show if you have a chance to see him. He knocks it out of the park and still hits the high notes. Was a wonderful treat for the holidays.
This was a great concert. Such a talented and funny man. Was such a special moment when he brought a puppy out on stage to promote adoption for all the homeless pets! One of the best concerts of fun, music and humor!

Chris Isaak is both an 'All-American Boy' and a San Francisco legend. In this Vegas stop at the Palms; Pearl Theater, he didn't disappoint. Lots of personality, some classics and consistent tight country rock. Hard to resist. Come on back Chris. Vegas needs more of what you're serving, particularly during the NPR craziness.
Chris Isaak's voice is still melting the hearts of both young and old. His warmth and humor have the audience eating out of his hand. What a great Holiday celebration. Of course, seeing Chris Isaac is a fun thing to do any time of year.

We've seen Chris many times over the years, always a great memorable experience. This was our 1st Christmas/Hits performance and it was Most Excellent, his entire mind rocked it. The Pearl Theater at the Palms Hotel was the perfect venue for this intimate and fun performance. 🎼🎸🎅

I love seeing Chris Isaak. Enjoyed watching over 10 shows in the past few years. Unfortunately the Vegas Christmas show was not his best. Wish he sang some Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison songs. Also would have been great to hear more Christmas classic songs. He is very entertaining and funny. I will continue to attend his concerts.

Seeing Chris Isaak and the band for the third time in 30+ years was absolutely amazing! A gifted performer and musician, Chris brings so much joy to the audience. His voice is clear and powerful. The show was wonderful and so was the Pearl Theater at the Palms.
When attending this type of concert, it just doesn’t get any better than this. If you’re a Chris Issak follower, I can let you know that he delivers in a big way. Such a good concert. Full of content and variety. He is funny and extremely talented. His range is fantastic And his voice is still pure. It’s a must see.
