THE SEATING IN THAT VENUE IS VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE I THINK FOR A SHOWCASE THAT BIG WITH ALL THE VENUES IN CHICAGO A VENUE SHOULD BE PICKED WITH MORE COMFORTABLE SEATING SUCH AS WINTRUST, OLD ROSEMONT HORIZON ETC
Think it was a great event for the city and High school sports in general.. CPL put on a great event. I took my son and his teammates to see high level High school games it was a great experience watching some of those future pros work
I had a great experience at the Chicago elite Classic. The atmosphere was filled with great people and talent. It’s always good to bring the community together especially for a sport that I fell in love with at a very young age. Not making it about me; the younger generation has the future in their hands and can use their skills/talent to make adjustments. Adjustments to pass down what they know to inspire others to find their passion which is how you create true success.
This event was awesome and a must see!!! We plan on making this a yearly event to attend!!
This is my second year going to this event and both times it hasn't disappointed. You get to watch some of the best players and teams from around the country come in and play. I can assure you I will be attending next year as well.
I had a great time at the classic enjoyed both sessions... Chicago has the best players and I am one of them also..
I enjoyed seeing Chicago High School Basketball on the National stage. Very positive experience, some exciting basketball. This should become a regular event in Chicago.
Both games displayed some of the best teams in the country. The concession stand was awful. Only a few workers. Huge lines all night. My wife missed the 2nd quarter and all of half time trying to get some food.
This eve was great but, there are a few things I would change next year. 1 the schedule, I would start the first game at 11 and don't have a break between session. 2 invite a few suburban teams to draw from a bigger fan base. 3 the program should should have a action with the top recruits in it and a blurb about them to make it easier for the casual fan to Know who is who. 4 better advertising not just on power 92 and wgci. 5 make an all day pass
I enjoyed the event tenfold, my only problem was the concession stands. They took entirely too long to get to the front of the line. Otherwise I had a great time watching all the games. Looking forward to next year event.
