Tickets are available for pick up 2 hours before show time. Once the box office closes, unclaimed will call is given to the ticket takers at the main theatre entrance.
$10 to park in the Mid City garage located at the corner of Navarro and College St. There are some disabled parking spaces available at the Mid City parking garage, although space is limited. Valet Parking: Valet parking is not available.
The Empire Theatre has seating arranged for wheelchair patrons, as well as hearing and sight impairment.
No cameras or recording devices are allowed in the theatre as they are prohibited by copyright laws. Cameras and recording devices will be confiscated. The use of cellular phones within the theatre is prohibited. Pagers are discouraged, but may be used if put on "vibrate" mode. The Empire Theatre is a smoke free environment. NO outside food or beverages are allowed inside the theatre.
No age limit to enter, however the Empire Theatre requires that all patrons entering the building for any event must have a ticket. This includes newborn babies. Any one arriving at the theatre without a ticket for their infant will be asked to purchase a ticket.
