I saw the One Man Star Wars show in Charleston, SC during Spoleto... It was SOOOO good I bought my daughter 2 tickets to see him at the Birchmere for her birthday! She and her date LOVED it! Too much fun packed into one hour... can't wait to see the one man Lord of the Rings! sb
Great show, great venue! Venue is totally general admission, by number (open seating). That's ok as it's a small venue!
Charles Ross' one-man Star Wars Trilogy is a must-see for any Star Wars fan. He nails the characters. He says things that you think when you are watching the movies (ohhhh, stop whinning Luke!!). He keeps the plot ticking along, although he may leave out a personal favorite scene (in an hour, could he possibly do every single scene??). However, if you have never seen the movies, you will be ever so lost. But for fans, Ross's trilogy is amazing. He is now thinking of a Lord of the Rings trilogy - I can hardly wait!
Loved the show. He's really got his act down. Food at the Birchmere is fine, but pricey.

We'd seen the One Man Lord of the Rings Trilogy before (twice), so we knew we'd be blown away, and he didn't disappoint. Ross is a creative genius! Don't miss this!
