A very fine experience. The sound system works well. Cesar Milan's impression on the dog pound dogs was notable and impressive. A good show.

    Funny, entertaining, energetic

by Nanouc14 on 3/26/18Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

I felt the show was well worth the money, Cesar was entertaining, energetic and very funny. He was very knowledgeable when it came to canine psychology and problem solving. Cesar’s training techniques were very easy to understand and I really like that he had actual canines on stage to demonstrate to the audience. All in all it was everything I thought the show would be, very good.

Excellent show. I wish there was a Q & A session. But overall, great info and very educational.

    Awesome, entertaining & useful

by BJoFish on 3/26/18Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

I've been watching Cesar's "dog intervention" programs for years but seeing him in person was an entirely different experience. Cesar is easy going and wildly entertaining. I laughed over and over as he imitated what many dog owners do to (try to) make their dogs behave. I saw myself in several of his characterizations. When we got home from his performance, we stopped before entering the house to take a deep breath and calm ourselves rather than tense up (as we usually do) in anticipation of having our two dogs jump all over us in excitement. We managed to stroll past them paying no attention until they settled down enough to be petted and get a treat. The "Calm & Assertive" behavior Cesar teaches is absolute magic! I liked that he used shelter dogs to demonstrate his techniques. One dog was a pit bull that had been in the County Shelter for a year. It was adopted on the spot. Another one (at least) was adopted before the performance was over. Given the opportunity, I would go to see Cesar again and again.

    The People are Cesar's Students

by Ciaobabie on 3/26/18Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

Cesar Milan was passionate, funny (as he mentioned, much funnier than he can afford to be on the TV show) and informative. His discussion about the difference in "cultures" between Mexican dogs and American dogs was enlightening. His on-stage work with the wonderful people from Maricopa County Animal Control will make a huge long-term difference for the center, its animals and the people who adopt these animals! As a wildlife biologist, I used to always say wildlife is fine; it's the humans around them that you have to educate and train. The same is true for dogs. As Cesar said "I train humans and rehabilitate dogs."

    great show

by arizona0987 on 3/26/18Chandler Center for the Arts - Chandler

what a great entertainer and wizard when it comes to dogs. I had never seen his TV show before, and did not know what to expect but was highly impressed with his performance. most of the the things he stated should be common sense, but sadly they are not. We tend to treat our dogs as human when they are not. ( they are better than that ) and best of all 2 dogs got adopted from the show.

    Cesar was so genuine

by Hippiefarmergirl on 3/12/18The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

I am a follower of Cesar's training techniques and use them with our 5 dogs, but I had to drag my husband to the show. Cesar was so funny and engaging that he kept my husband entertained throughout the entire show. He's even been using the calm assertive principle with the dogs since the show with surprising results! I'm still the pack leader though.

    Cesar was amazing!

by RMS77 on 2/28/18Bergen Performing Arts Center - Englewood

Recently went to a few comedian shows but Cesar had me laughing more than those. As Cesar pointed out , Dog lovers can be quirky, plus Cesar informed us in his unique way how to take the lead back from our 10 lb Poodle!

by Bambi88 on 2/27/18Bergen Performing Arts Center - Englewood

The show was good. I’ve always loved watching Cesar Millan.. my only complaint is we thought we were getting more of a show with the dogs and get to learn more about how he trains ...it left us wanting more.

Cesar was fun - great time

by Glamourgal on 2/27/18Bergen Performing Arts Center - Englewood

Cesar Millan shared his story and his love for animals. This show is a must for any dog lover. There is a lot of audience interaction and the furry ones are great to watch. I recommend this show as I saw it twice and would go again. The meet and greet after the show was a lot of fun too. I recommend it. Cesar and his team make it lots of fun.

    Absolutely wonderful!

by BUBBLEGUM333 on 2/25/18The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

Cesar Millan's show was incredible! A delightful evening that I would recommend and would be thrilled to see again myself. Not only is Mr. Millan an amazing dog (people) trainer, his sense of humor is spot on. Witty, engaging & mildly sardonic without being disrespectful, a tough combination to pull off, yet Mr. Millan captured that essence beautifully! A truly gifted gentleman who wants to share his knowledge & experience, a very rare combination. Thank you Mr. Millan for an evening that I personally will remember for a lifetime!

    Cesar Millan Live

by bibimaua on 2/25/18The Santander Performing Arts Center - Reading

Again, Cesar shows that he is the Dog Whisperer. Fabulous guy with a fabulous message. Do not expect to see a lot of dogs. I've seen Cesar many times,,,,,,sometimes a few dogs, sometimes not. Tonight he had 3 dogs from a local rescue and worked his 'magic' before our eyes. The 3 handlers from the rescue didn't have a clue how to react with their dogs. Within minutes Cesar walked the dogs through their 'weak' parts and tried to work with the handlers. BUT, even those these folks obviously loved the dogs, they had NO clue how to relax and relate to the dogs the way Cesar was trying to show them. This is the first show that I've seen Cesar do this. Usually Cesar just talks for two hours....he is funny, kind and uses some media to add to the show. It's not a great show for small children since he just talks for the major portion of two hours. I love this guy and his message.....he is a great human being..
