Haven't used this site in minute, but the day of my event. I had to reset my password, and I was in Atlanta, GA. I has no issues and my tickets were there, and I really enjoyed the event.
I was having problems logging in because my first and last name were in same box and the system wouldn't accept my changes or updates. I chatted with an associate, who wasn't able to assist. I called in for assistance and finally got an agent to assist after being on hold for a while by the name of Gaurav. He walked me through some steps until we finally changed my profile, and I was able to reset my password and update my profile. He was very professional and assisted was given in a timely manner. He made sure my account was working correctly, and I would be able to log in and out without any issues. Great Job'
Sad to see that the city of Atlanta scheduled 2 basketball games during the event to add more traffic to area
The experience was cool except there were three people urging us to go back in the stadium during half time. One guy literally photobombed while waving his hand aggressively and pushing us more toward the bar area. It’s a football game, in which some watch football, some are there for the band, and some just want to tailgate. I thought it was strange that I was interrupted when greeting fellow fans/classmates while in the “commons area”. I’ve attended a Kanye concert (etc) with more people than that congregating in the food area waiting to buy merch, and no one said anything. So it wasn’t a fire hazard or worse. To avoid those persons, we went to the suite level and had a better experience. Also, stop rigging sports. What’s the point of a championship if the other team is paid to win? Go Bulldogs!
Excellent event! Crowd control, concessions, and restrooms were very well maintained.
Great seeing friends and family at such a venue. Also Love the conference rivalry, rating would have been higher if we had won the game ♥️💙
We have no problems with scanning nor finding our seats. We enjoyed everything.

Overall good experience but a mix up on the purchasing of tickets for the Truist Lounge versus the Delta 360 SkyClub cost us to miss our annual brunch gathering prior to kick off. We were sure that we purchased the Truist Lounge access but according to Ticketmaster, we only purchased the SkyClub access. Met several other individuals who had the same issue.
*I didn’t appreciate having to throw away my pompom because it had a stick to enter the stadium. To buy another one when I got in?!? *The sound in the stadium is HORRIBLE! !!! The bands sounded muffled.. a great part of the game is the bands and not to enjoy them was disappointing. * I’ve been to other games and didn’t have the constant questioning of are you in the right section. *the football was fine but the overall experience not what I expected.
I had my family and friends there and the fans behind us started a chant. All of a sudden the whole side begin to ROCK! That side. I like I often said, “Whether JSU win or loose, this fan/alumnus will be there”. “it’s THEE I LOVE”.
The venue was very nice for the event! Staff were helpful and service was fast for food. The stadium was very clean and it was a very enjoyable experience

It was easy to search for and get the seat I wanted to attend a college Bowl game. The entire process took less than 15 minutes!
We had a great time at the Celebration Bowl-we will be back again!
We had seats in the Harrahs Club and it was a great experience! These seats come with complimentary food and beverages. From the atmosphere to the event staff, I 10/10 recommend.
I brought my nephew to the game. He never been to the Mercedes-Benz and experiencing the HBCU teams was exciting
The atmosphere was electric! The whole experience was second to none.
