I thought I had read where this play was suitable for younger children. We had a 4 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. They had a difficult time staying attentative for the 1 hr & 20 or so minutes. We had seen Goldilocks and Three Bears and Charlottes Webb that the grandchildren enjoyed, but Anne of Green Gables didn't seem to have enough action or dialogue for them to understand. We would have taken them to see The Giant Peach, but the age recommended for it was 6 and older. As adults, we enjoyed watching the play.
The young performers are amazing. The play was very funny! Both my six year old and thirteen year old enjoyed it. We can't wait for the next Catco presentation.
The play was very clever, funny, well acted and well directed. It was a joy to watch, and the whole family thouroughly enjoyed watching those zany kids (and adults)
Cowgirls Don't Ride Zebras was well done! Well acted, good scenery and awesome costumes. The show was only 40 minutes, which is just long enough for its target audience. My child is 10 and this show was a little young for her.
Excellent activity with our grandkids! We all had big smiles on our face the entire time.
I keep humming the song! Great actors & characters, well-played and staged. Cute small theater, you feel like you are inside the action.
We came last year to a play and my daughter absolutely loved a different play that we went to. SO this year we brought 5 additional friends and we were not happy at all
This was an adorable look at Goldilocks and the Three Bears with a family of singing and dancing bears who are afraid of the "the people" and the destruction of their quaint home. The play kept the children entertained and shared a lesson of "don't judge a book by its cover" to the young (and adult) audience.
Catchy tunes, great story line, talented actors made for a wonderful production.
Really liked the small venue. The show was great and the cast did a wonderful job. The whole family loved it!
I was pleasantly surprised at how good so many of the child actresses/actors were. I did not notice anyone missing any lines. They went right on cue and kept it funny with lots of facial expressions. It's not just for kids. This is perfect for anyone at any age! The length is 45 minutes so it fits in well with a busy schedule, or for someone who doesn't like to sit for a long time. Great price value!! I would see this again.
Overall this was a fun show to view. The costumes were beautiful, the acting was dramatic and showy, and I was a huge fan of the sound and lighting design.
What a fun afternoon/evening for a family. The story of Sleeping Beauty is told in a magical way and teaches children (and adults) about Japanese culture. The actors were great, the story was magical and the costume, makeup and scenery helped stir your imagination. A must see!
Wonderful!! Definitely recommend!!! Great show!! I love the meet and greet after the show too!! My daughter and her friends had a great time!!
This play was wonderful. They were organized, started on time, and the play kept the children's interest. The play wasn't too long or short it was just right. The play also inspired my daughter to want to step out of her she'll and take a class.
A fantastic adaptation of the characters and stories our family enjoys. Very cute and entertaining for kids and adults
Great show...my daughter loved it. It compiled many of the classic short stories into one show . If your child has read the books, much will be familiar. Even if Elephant and Piggie are new to your child, they won't be disappointed.
Very cute show! The mix of kids and adults made it fun and interesting for all ages.
The show was well put together & our kids loved it. It was also only an hour long which was the perfect amount of time for our young children.
