Aaron and Norbert were incredible in this show! I would see it again. The way the 4th wall is broken down at times provides for incredible comic relief and the plot tells the story of Frank Jr in a creative and fun way. The theater staff is the only reason I would bring it down from 5 to 4 stars.
Nicely done. Songs good..dancing well costums average. A must see on your list of broadway shows.

Catch me if you can was a spectacular show. It has the perfect combination of an interesting story line, great acting, great singing, and great set! I saw Book of Mormon as well the same weekend, and I would gladly have seen Catch me...a second time in place of Mormon.
Catch Me If You Can is the best damn show on bway right now, the end. I've seen it over and over! Aaron Tveit is gorgeous with a great voice and good comedic timing and Norbert Leo Butz didn't win the Tony for nothing! It's just a good old fashion Broadway musical that is so much fun from beginning to end! Great comedy a great storyline and memorable catchy songs and dance numbers. Even those "too cool for bway" will love it. See it...then see it again! Youre welcome!
Catch Me If You Can is outstanding.....We went with seniors, adults and children...EVERYONE loved it!!!!
Go see this show! Awesome singing and dancing! Beautiful costumes. A musical for everybody!!!
Norman Leo Butz has great comic timing and mannerisms showing that he is a Broadway veteran. The show was enjoyable, but there are no show tunes that you will go out humming in your head. The show is worth it if you can get discount itckets.

Sensational show with great staging, songs and dance. Even though the story is known it was presented in a bright, engaging way. Could not take my eyes off N.L. Butz whenever he was on the stage. Frank Abnagale Sr had a full, rich voice. Was a little disappointed in Jr but that was because his co-stars were so good.

So...I've been going to the theatre as long as I have taught theatre..about 42 years now. This review centers on the centerpiece of Catch Me If You Can...the amazing Aaron Tveit. This young man carries (almost singlehandedly) the entire show on his back and he was ingnored for a Tony nomination. This is the same Aaron Tveit who gave a virtuoso performance as the son in Next To Normal and yet again did not get a Tony nomination. Don't get me wrong...Norbert Leo Butz was great and did a fantastic job. But let's not kid ourselves here. Tveit is the star of the show and he knocks it out of the park and the show would not be as good without him. I never understood the whole Tony thing but over the years I've heard about how political it is and this snub helps to believe those rumors. But go see this enjoyable, high energy and totally delightful show no matter what. You won't be disappointed. It's clever, tongue in cheek, smart and very stylish. The entire ensemble deserved a standing ovation...which they received. Bravo! and Kudos! to all of them.
Our family all enjoyed catch me if you can! The cast was absolutely amazing! The venue was perfect. It was the best play we have ever seen. Even our 18 and 21 year old sons loved the musical. Thank you!
Having seen the movie I was wondering how it would translate into a musical. Wow! The music was very catchy (pun intended) and the acting was wonderful, especially the lead role. Simply put, I was entertained from beginning to end. I left the show with a big smile, having felt I really got my money's worth. I would definitely see it again!
Norbert Leo Butz was sensational, as befits a two time Tony winner. But Aron Tveit was great too.
The show was most enjoyable. The two leads were excellent and the show really "flew by."
I had a wonderful time. The music, singing, dancing, sets, script - all were first rate and unforgettable. I attended with my husband and daughter and we all agreed that this was an outstanding musical with an amazing group of talented actors and dancers.
Even if you saw the movie, you will still find new dimensions to this story. The musical emphasizes more of the backstory of the characters and adds a depth that the movie lacked. Great score and fabulous performances really help this show take off. It really depicts the relationship between Abagnale and Hanratty showing them as each other's biggest adversary as well as biggest fan. The "big band" look and sound of the orchestra was a great touch.
The show was very entertaining. Nobert Leo Butz is the best!
Aaron Tveit and the whole cast of Catch me if you can are talented beyond belief. My family saw the show and we were mesmerized from start to finish. This talented group of performers blew us away. If you are seeing a show in New York this is one of the best. Aaron Tveit is a very talented young man.
