Caspian was good, but for a band with three guitars, I expected a bit more. I didn’t like either opener, so I take a point off for that too.

by bluelikejeff on 12/13/12Bowery Ballroom - New YorkCaspian is a tremendous force to be reckoned with when seen live. These guys have mastered their craft of powerful post rock, guitar heavy ballads. I can't wait to see them again!

Rating: 5 out of 5by Tobyr88 on 12/9/12Royale Boston - Boston The Royale has probably the best sound system in Boston. The place is great, this show wasn't sold out, but even when The Royale sells out, its great to be able to MOVE AROUND... this is the only place that doesn't completely slam pack their venue (which is wayyy against safety regs) Anyway, O Brother were great, Moving Mountains were AMAZING. Caspian were typical... OFF THE CHARTS. Great show, the only downer is the Royale needs to get their shit together with a parking lot. Yes, its Boston, but if you're going to be putting on concerts that are over by 930pm, then get better parking than $25. thanks. Peace.
