Awesome concert !!!!! The characters in Cash'd Out seemed to really portray Johnny, June & even the other band members.

    Music was real good!

by Alpo33 on 2/29/16River City Casino and Hotel - St Louis

The music was good to excellent all night. I thought the vocals were weak in the beginning, but did get stronger as the night went along.

    Save your $

by Adaisey on 2/29/16River City Casino and Hotel - St Louis

I read mixed reviews going into this. I was not impressed with Cash'd Out. The first 45 minutes were extremely boring and the lead singer was mumbling. We had a hard time hearing him throughout the night. I've seen much better "Johnny Cash" performers in Branson and Vegas... Save your money on this one folks, I wish we had.

    Awesome!

    by Hezzz07 on 11/11/15Tractor Tavern - Seattle

Amazing show for anyone who loves Johnny Cash. Ticket price was perfect. The later show wasn't too crowded and there was plenty of room for people to dance if they wanted to.

    Cash'd Out was terrific!

    by AppreciativeFan6 on 11/11/15Tractor Tavern - Seattle

Really enjoyed Cash'd Out. All the songs (about 25) were spot on. I almost felt like I had been taken back about 5o years in time while there. The lead singer had a lot of charisma, a very good singing voice and really captured the essence of a singer of the Johnny Cash type genre without really seeming to impersonate Johnny Cash.

    Cash'd Out was amazing.

by Sacktwo on 11/10/15Tractor Tavern - Seattle

I highly recommend that if you are a Johnny Cash fan you will love this show. Doug does an awesome job. His band is also unbelievable. I will go see them perform again if the opportunity arises.

Since Cash is no longer with us may we recommend..

by justsendmoney on 11/10/15Tractor Tavern - Seattle

The concert was so fun..This guy had the moves, the looks. Just make sure you get your place early & hold on to it but if you've been to the Tractor you already know that & a line forms in front before but it moves pretty quickly. I'm not sure who joined "Johnny" on stage to sing Jackson but she had a wonderful voice. We'll just call her "June" from now on. She was funny & talented as well. The band was fantastic. Go see, you won't be disappointed I promise as long as you are a Johnny Cash fan for real.

    Worth the Cash!

by ElfinOne on 5/14/15Tractor Tavern - Seattle

Even if you don't know all the lyrics to every Johnny Cash song (evidently many attendees did, and these folks often attend these concerts), there's a good chance you'll have a great time when you come see/hear Cash'd Out. Not only are they good singers and musicians, but they're also very personable and energetic--and that energy permeates the audience. Most people were bouncing around to the beat of the music, singing along, and generally enjoying themselves in a boisterous manner. So, if you come see this band, prepare to get swept up in the special vibe that is Cash'd Out.

    Band was Better

by Kopiko on 3/3/15Ameristar Casino and Hotel - Kansas City

I must say I was a little disappointed. I have never been to a concert where the main performer started out with beer next to the mic and kept up with the shots during the show???? We did not pay to see a drunk performer. I know, I know. They come on drunk, high, blasted etc. in all kinds of arenas. The band was waaaay better that the singer. The drummer an athlete, the bass really great, and the guitarist was very talented, but I would not recommend this show to anyone. If this is an example of the shows you regularly have at Ameristar, it was probably my last. So sorry. I was really looking forward to the show.

The band was good. Not a lot of stage presence though for a Johnny Cash band.

    Great Performance, rude crowd

by StlDJ on 3/2/15River City Casino and Hotel - St Louis

I thought the band was amazing and the main guy really sounded like Johnny Cash. I especially like the the songs that he preformed with the girl singer playing the part of John Carter. They did a good job and gave you your moneys worth! What I did not like was how rude the crowd was, the people in the back were talking out loud, laughing and making lots of commotion. I was sitting toward the way toward the back and it was difficult to hear over the noise from the back. I think you could have heard it in the first row it was so loud. Had I been the entertainer I would have called them out for their actions and noise. It should be fun at a concert but your their to see and hear the show, not listen to several other conversations. They did not need to be there, they could have carried on anywhere else. I would also add this was my first River City Concert, I hope to see more but hope the crowd shows the performers some respect. I give the performers an A but the crowd an F+.

This Johnny Cash cover band was awesome! The singer sounded just like Johnny Cash. The band interacted well and were entertaining. Had a great time and would see them, again, if they came back through St. Louis.

    Cash'd Out rev.

    by Fixin47s on 5/20/14Tractor Tavern - Seattle

Growing up as a child of the 70's and 80's, I listened to a lot of Johnny Cash blasting out of my parents stereo console growing up. I have to say, when they started playing, I could close my eyes and remember when I was a kid. It was like mom was cleaning the house and rocking out to Johnny all over again. They were beyond amazing!!! Doug Benson was dead on!!! Kevin Manuel on his Fender was EPIC!!!! The bass player was laid back the entire set, and the drummer did his thing being the heart beat of the songs. I would definitely see these guys again when they come back to Seattle. I'd even ditch work to see them!! The Tractor Tavern was a great venue for the show. Outstanding show gentlemen! Thanks for the great time.
