Great seats and great atmosphere! Even though my team lost

I love the Canes and I love attending games in person. They are my favorite team and the best entertainment in the Triangle.

I've seen all 4 major North American pro sports live (MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL) and nothing is better than live hockey. The speed, the skill, the physicality; combine that with an arena packed with passionate, engaged fans and you get an experience like none other. Especially in Raleighwood. Top-tier team, great arena, excellent fans; even the concessions are outstanding. Do yourselves a favor and give it a go if you haven't already, but prepare to be hooked on it instantly.

A link to a parking app from the ticket information makes it easy to purchase parking online. Ticket was forwarded to me immediately after purchase and entrance to the event is a breeze. Seating was as expected. Food and drink inside the Lenovo center is through the roof, as it is with all pro venues. Eat and drink before entering the building can save a lot.

I took my 7yo daughter to this game. If I had known from the schedule it was Pride night I would have chosen differently. It was disappointing to see a man transitioned to a woman up on the big screen as hero of the game. I don’t hate transgender people but why do they have to be pushed to the forefront of everything, you’re not a hero for changing gender identity and I don’t want my kid thinking someone is a hero just because they changed gender identity.

The Lenovo Center itself was fine except for an elevator that was not working. However, the logistics of getting to the venue and the parking situation was atrocious. All this confusion caused a large number of people to be late to the event. Would not attend an event at this venue again.

As an early Christmas present I took an older friend to the game. She suffered several strokes in the last year and has not been able to get out much. She is a diehard Hurricanes fan and was super excited to be going to the game. Our biggest obstacles were parking and getting her to our seats. The only downside is parking for handicap was limited and we were not able to park in a handicap slot which increased distance with her walker and then standing in line. We made it to 106-our section and were debating on the best way to get down to our seats. A staff member named Rob came and offered to store her walker at the top. He walked down the steps in front of her and allowed her to hold on to him as she slowly made her way down the steps. This assistance allowed me to hold on to her from the back to ensure extra safety. After the game we waited for everyone to clear out and as we started back up the steps, there was ROB! He helped her back up the steps and had her walker waiting. This is how life is supposed to be! Enjoyed and helping out each other. Thank you Rob! You are amazing!

Great game experience and seats. seats were overpriced and concessions were astronomically over priced.15 dollars for a 12oz "High Noon"and 30 dollars for a double Jim Beam and coke. I can buy a 1.75L of Beam for that cost. Come on Man......

Always a great time at a Canes game. Wish the special sales/codes that are sometimes faxed or emailed worked for handicap accessible seating

Interesting experience, easy to park your car, $40 is a bit much, but hassle free. Lots of tailgating in the lots. Decent arena that will be getting a $300 million facelift. Great fans super friendly. Very user friendly arena staff, & the arena itself is excellent for watching the game itself. If you can do a Hurricanes game in Raleigh, do it...

The Canes have been on a crazy good winning streak and this game continued that trend! This venue also doesn't have. bad seat in it. We had a great view from the front of the upper level in the 326 section. Would 10/10 sit there or in a similar section again. The fans are loud, the lines for drinks weren't long, and the bathrooms were also clean!

Carolina experience sub par vs other nhl stadiums. Stadium in isolated area. Low energy crowd for decent team.

Good entry and exit. great food and merch options. Seats easy to find and great sight lines. Great game overall.

The Hockey games are always fun and the venue is great but..... the volume of the music and the announcer is just too loud. It's a hockey game - not a concert and I think the music takes away from the actual game.

Go Canes! We sent the Bruins back to Boston with a big loss!! Great game! Lots of caniacs dressed up for Halloween night! Our Canes gave us an 8-2 storm surge WIN!!. Whoo hoo!

If I’m just reviewing the arena experience, the Lenovo Center was fantastic. Ticketing was so simple, and the staff was plentiful and efficiently moved attendees through the lines. Everyone also seemed to have a great, positive attitude. Facilities were clean, food and drink options were plentiful, albeit very expensive (no way around this, lol), and Staff were very helpful. Hopefully my travels will lead me back here, as this is a great venue, especially for hockey.

Always great to see the Hurricanes as noisy as ever, and a great evening.

The event was excellent as usual. The game was close for the first two periods with 20+ shots on goal by both teams, showing the skills of the players and especially the goalies.

Buying the tickets were very easy. We went to the game and it’s very easy to get in. Also, the only thing that sucked was the hurricanes losing, but you can’t really do anything about that.
