    Love and Laughter Tour

by Candeelishus on 2/12/12James L Knight Center - Miami

Not organized time wise but very nice performers and very very funny comics. Overall, when done on a yearly basis the timing will go more smoothly.

Carl and Case were awesome !

by wagonz on 4/28/10Harold Washington Cultural Center - Chicago

The night got started on a bad note, the music was'nt there, so we waited over an hour. But when the show started it was well worth the wait. It was fantastic, I would enjoy more shows like that !

    Waste of Time and Money!

by bowlerchick2 on 4/20/10Harold Washington Cultural Center - Chicago

Truth be told, this event was a waste of time and money! Especially if you have to do any traveling with hotel accommodations. I am truly disappointed by both of these fabulous artists....this event actually is making me think very differently of them both. I have everything that both Case and Carl Thomas has done, and am very displeased that they didn't care enough of their fans (or the future of their careers, maybe the lack of their careers) to give better performances. The show was basically a venue for the local talent to perform until Case was kind enough to even enter the building. After which he only performed for 15 minutes (he came on at 9:30PM and was off the stage by 9:45PM). When he actually did perform (a total of 4 songs), he sounded great. It would have been an excellent treat to see more of that!!! After waiting another 30 mins, Carl Thomas followed suite with a 20 min show (what a big disappointment). Again, he too, sounded great once he started singing. It's really unfortunate that both of these artists gave such piss-poor performances. Even though the tickets were responsibly priced, I expected much more. If you have gotten tickets already, try to return them before you even make it to the show. For those of you that already went, try to get your money back if possible.

    Carl Thomas did his thing!!!!!!!!!

by prettygirl126 on 4/19/10Harold Washington Cultural Center - Chicago

First of all the event was very unorganized, it didn't start on time, and it seemed like nothing was rehearsed. The problems started at the door, at 7:40pm we were still lined up outside, it was after 9pm when Case came out. he sang 3 songs and thank you Chgo, no wonder he has nothing current out. no professionalism. But on the flip side. Mr Carl Thomas came out, looking fly, took the stage and did his thang. For me he was the topper to the whole fiasco of a concert. Thank you Mr Thomas for you professionalism and style, I will definitely pay to see YOU again!!!!!!!!!

    Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

by Anonymous on 4/19/10Harold Washington Cultural Center - Chicago

First of all, I have never been to a concert that had no band whatsoever, cds were played as background music (a good system was in place, Thank God). Case and Carl Thomas sounded great but the overall experience was a hot holy mess. The dj catered to a younger audience (a lot of hip hop music was played and Case & Carl Thomas don't fall into that genre) plus he wasn't quite sure how to transition from one track to another on his Mac. Case didn't get on stage until 9:30pm which means Carl Thomas didn't get on stage until 10:15. The venue is nice but there was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom. There were so many people visible on stage it was atrocious.

    Carl Thomas still has it!

by TheRealRiss35 on 4/19/10Harold Washington Cultural Center - Chicago

Carl Thomas was awesome. His voice was amazing and he still has it going on. I had to dig through my cd's to find his very first cd (which I truly loved from the beginning to the end). I will be looking forward to hearing his new cd whenever it comes out.
