The way the event was held was chaotic. I understand vaccine passports, bag checks and tickets are being showed nowadays but more than half the stadium was outside waiting to get in the when the game started. They should of delayed at least 30 minutes. Multiple people complained getting to see only the second half of the game after getting in. Once approaching the doors vaccine passports were hardly even checked!
First this was one of the best soccer games ever. But I only know that because I watched the highlights the next day. BMO field was completely unprepared for the volume of people who purchased tickets and needed screening prior to entry. We waited outside the stadium in line for about an hour. As a result we made it to our seats just before halftime. So I paid for the entire game but only got half. If the game had not been so fantastic from that point on , I would have been tremendously angry.
Atmosphere was amazing, the game was amazing, Alphonso Davies ladies and gentlemen
Understanding it’s a pandemic but too long to get inside. Majority of crowd got in after kickoff. Gates should be opened earlier or more staff. Limited concession options. Extremely long line for concessions. Need more staff.
The process of getting into the venue was absolutely horrible! We arrived early yet still missed half the first half of the game!! I feel robbed!! I expected lines, I expected some degree of chaos… but what my child and I experienced was unreasonable.
Disgusting for such a big game bmo field not being prepared. There should be a refund for this game
The entry was extremely disorganized. Lines for up to 2h, everywhere in the parking area (which made it hard to cars for parking and dangerous for people). People didn’t respect line and no distance between anyone. Never seen something like this in a football game. Check for vaccination certificate was poor. Once inside, the game was excellent - 5 stars to that!
The game was fabulous! Incredibly Entertaining! However the line-ups were terrible. We arrived in PLENTY of time and still missed the first 18 minutes and a goal due to the entrance lines. You knew we were coming!!!!
We arrived five minutes before kick off to find a line up of thousands because there were not two access points to the stadium. As a result, we waiting in line for 40 minutes and got into the stadium 35 minutes into the game.
Me and my group didn’t get in the stadium until halftime due to the wait for the passport checks (which I didn’t get checked for mine) or maybe there was only 2 metal detectors for every gate or possibly being under staffed. The game experience was amazing it’s just to bad I only saw half of the game. Good luck trying to buy food or drinks again under staffed aswell doesn’t help 27,000 fans.
Better than expected. Everything moved fast and smooth.
First half was amazing I sat with the right people, second half I moved seats and it was different & difficult to concentrate.
Excellent time had by all! The El Salvador supporters were very friendly and supportive! Supporters Section for Canada 🇨🇦 was outstanding! No trouble at all!
It's completely brutal that BMO doesn't have water filling stations. It took me 3 trips from my seat to find water. I found one small water fountain at my third trip around after I had already just caved and bought a $6 dasani. Brutal, get with it BMO. Install water filling stations!!!
Easy way to get in, super organized and very clean. Masks were in place just wish there was more options for drinks. But other than that it was good
Barely any masks. None of the workers cared. Food and drink being thrown everywhere. Enjoyed the game though.
So nice to be in a noisy stadium for a live soccer game again. Felt safe, and entertained, brilliant night out. Go Canada Go!!!

Love when the women play in Toronto. This gives a lot of opportunity to the young girls that want to be the next soccer star to see what determination and hard work is. It’s hope. And are team Canada girls are strong role models that treat these younger girls as more than fans. They take time for them. Just wish there were more games here
My wife and I drove up to Hamilton from Ohio in the United States to see this game because I'm a huge CANWNT fan. Canada Soccer organizes a great event! We arrived an hour and a half before the gates opened to do some quick shopping for Canada Soccer merch and see the two stars (Chapman and Filigno) that were outside the stadium pre-game. Once inside the stadium, we were blown away by our club seats, which were extremely reasonably priced, and all the amenities they offered. As usual, the Canadian women's team played an entertaining match. We had no trouble finding the stadium, parking, or leaving other than the normal traffic caused by 22k fans. Overall, the experience was outstanding. I've gone to USA Soccer international games, and the Canada Soccer experience is worlds beyond what USA Soccer is doing. We will absolutely attend another Canada Soccer game if it's anywhere close to the Niagara crossing.
