I supposed to have a chance to purchase the tickets before to the general public because I previously bought the tickets for the MOST last year,but I never got the access,I don’t know why,Ticketmaster send me a number to get the tickets and didn’t work,plus the tickets $60.00 dollars I paid $450.00 I don’t think is ok,because it was for my 2 special needs daughter,I’m very sad 😔 for this😩
Sold my next kidney for two re sell tickets to BTS after failing to secure normal tickets through 3 days of presale events. The concert was FABULOUS!! I will go wherever they are to see them again. The ticket purchasing was a nightmare. Getting internet errors, snagged tickets notices, and kicked out of the cue & payment page had me horribly stressed to the point that I am planning to sign up at venues as an employee to work the events as opposed to trying to buy tickets again. I have gone to numerous concerts over many, many years; this was the worst ticket buying experience ever.
BTS put on such a great performance at Sofi Stadium! Although I attended the live broadcasting at YouTube Theater (which is under the same ramada) they added confetti & sparklers to make it feel like we were really there with them at Sofi. 😭💜
Wow! What a great way to see the show since I was priced out of the actual concert. I loved all the attention to detail, like confetti and smoke that was happening in the theater live as it was happening in the concert. And of course, BTS always delivers with great performances, song and dances, as well as just being themselves and having fun. It was fun to celebrate BTS's first concert after two years with ARMY- best fan base ever!
Everything was amazing. The venue was clean and stylish. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The screen view was nice and they even threw some confetti to us on the 2nd tier. I enjoyed myself alot!
It was awesome!!! The venue was great! The sound amazing!! Getting in and out of there was great! I would go back there for another event for sure!
My friend and I were extremely pleased with the presence and organisation of lines to enter the event. Staff were friendly and helpful, although strict with ensuring proper checks were done for tickets, bags and vaccination status. Persons guiding us through the special areas were also very polite and lines moved very quickly. Once inside the theatre, we were also treated with unexpected kindness from a manager who noticed our struggling due to health challenges, and made the experience a much more comfortable one! All in all, (after BTS of course ^-^), the Staff members were the best part of our experience.
I attended the 4th day of the concert. The Covid-19 vaccination check was done in advance so the queue to checkin moved quickly through the entrance.
Live Play was awesome! I appreciate that they incorporated confetti and lights to match the stadium concert. I loved the opportunity to watch soundcheck. The love for BTS resonated within YouTube stadium!

We watch bpth live concert in Sofi and live play at the You tube theatre. We had a blast in both of the venues! Obviously BTS is the best performers at this time so i thunk they can pull off at any venue. You tube theatre had a sofisticated vibe, we felt like we were at the VIP section eventhough were o ly watching the concert from a big screen., the sounds were immense! Theres also all the effects like lighting and confettis which made us feel like we were in the concert too. The ARMYs were all dancing and singing along . Overall id give it 11 out of 10🙂
No one can do this better than BTS and their team. Tix prices were great and considerate. Seats were great. Audio and video quality were superb.
Attended BTS live play. Comfy seat, beautiful venue, fun additional perks, even some added effects. Was super cool.
BTS= PERFECTION!!! What’s not perfect? What the program writers did on the big screen. The screen effects they did on the big screen were distracting and took away from the boys. We want to see the performance, not the “not-so-special” effects they had while BTS was performing.
The experience was thrilling and worth the trip, BTS were great on stage and their stage presence was phenomenal, whoever is an ARMY or this is their first time in the fandom, going to their concert is a must when you are able to, you wont regret it

I found the ticket purchasing exciting. Fairly easy. I bought Soundcheck tickets and received an email. You gave a phone number for questions but I always received the message that they were closed. Loved the concert! Loved the venue.
My first BTS concert experience since becoming a fan in March 2020. I had an amazing time meeting ARMY and seeing BTS was an absolute blast, even if I only had the Live Play tickets. The staff were kind but maybe overwhelmed by the volume of people attending the concert. It seemed like SoFi stadium was a bit unprepared by the number of people that attended these concerts. Every line was a minimum of an hour. The checking in part seemed a bit disorganized with having to check tickets and bags and COVID verification at the same time. Nonetheless, I would attend another BTS event in a heartbeat.
The staff were very friendly. The facility was great. The screen was amazing and it made the viewing of the concert incredible! I would definitely visit again, and hopefully it will be to view a in person concert. Sound quality was awesome too.
Our boys were amazing as always. They gave their all and were always surprising us with their love and dedication. It was super loud with all our cheering and crying. It was an emotional roll coaster that I wish never ended.
