    Bruce-O-Rama

    by N. O. on 8/11/23

He is hilarious and gave us a hell of a show. Got to meet him and had the time of my life. Hoping for him to return as Ash in animated or live action. Ash’s story needs an ending even if Evil Dead continues on.

    Meet and Greet I guess...

by BrenDad on 5/13/23Clowes Memorial Hall - Indianapolis

The experience as a whole was quite enjoyable, I brought my son along to see a cult movie and thought it would be great to meet the man himself Bruce Campbell. The meet and greet began a little late and seemed to be rushed. When it was our turn to meet Bruce and get a picture he offered a quick hello pointed to a taped X for where to stand we faced forward and it was over, "thank you, next". As we walked away we received our signed poster, signed by Steve the co-host of last fan stand-in that is. It seemed to be over before it started but the picture is pretty good. The crowd participation portion of Last Fan Standing was fun with the exception of 3-4 questions giving points for incorrect answers causing irritation throughout the crowd. Bruce's Q&A was great, his sarcasm doesn't over shadow his love for the audience and what he does. Then of course was the showing of Army of Darkness, the crowd cheered throughout and people quotes notable lines. It was fun for the kid and I both. There was no return of Bruce after the movie for coming out and sharing the evening which was kinda a bummer in the end I would go again, just not shell out the extra money for a picture.

    Loved it!

by Mandy on 5/8/23Uptown Theater - Kansas City

If you're a Bruce Campbell fan, this was the perfect amount of nerdy, campy fun that you would expect, along with lots of personal anecdotes about his favorite/most hated movies, a live trivia contest, and a screening of Army of Darkness to cap off the night. My only complaint is that the seats were not great for handicap accessibility, so we didn't stay for the movie because my husband is disabled and was uncomfotable, but that's on the venue, not the show.

    Great show!

by Sandy on 5/2/23Uptown Theater - Kansas City

Loved the trivia, my favorite part was the Q&A. Bruce was funny and seems like such a fun person.

    Hail to the King, baby!

by aFhawkenNinja on 4/30/23Uptown Theater - Kansas City

Bruce was bloody hilarious and his interactions with the crowd were a joy to watch. The only thing I wish is that I knew about the tickets earlier because I would've gotten the VIP tickets in a heartbeat so I could talk in person instead of in the crowd. I did get a good seat though.

Had never seen Bruce in person and the show was a delight! Great venue and even ran into some friends!

    Best night out

by Frosty on 4/30/23Uptown Theater - Kansas City

Bruce was funny and great with the crowd. The interaction left everyone laughing. The trivia was fun to play and the movie was of course fantastic. The Uptown is the best place in KC to see a show

    Little disappointing

by Des Moines Guy on 4/30/23Hoyt Sherman Place - Des Moines

Bruce was great. We just didn't get a lot of him. He came out and he had some banter. Then we went to his Last Fan Standing qualifying game. There was some banter mixed in as we all played a trivia game on our phones to find contestants. Then the game started and some banter. Then Bruce introduced Army of Darkness and took off. He never came back to say goodnight or thanks for coming once the flick was over. I love Bruce. Love his stories. But we've all seen AoD multiple times. If I'd known he wasn't coming back, I probably would have taken off. I also probably wouldn't have paid as much as I did. And certainly, if I'd known he was leaving for the night, I think the audience would have given a much better send off that he deserves.

    An excellent evening!

A definitely great time between the Last Fan Standing trivia segment and also the presentation before viewing a Bruce movie.

    It was fun!!

by Mona on 4/29/23Hoyt Sherman Place - Des Moines

I'm not good at trivia but lots of folks were and they were wildly entertaining. We finished the show watching Army of the Dead, I was hoping against hope that Bruce would watch it with us - sort of like MST3K - but no. Still a fun show.
