Great Pink Floyd sound. Played for 3 hours. Backup singers were solid.
This was the 6th time we've seen Brit Floyd! And next year will be year 7!
Awesome show, so great to see the music done justice and kept alive and well! With the real band gone this is the future, I took my boys to see it- they loved it too.
I actually think this is a show both fans and people that aren't hardcore fans can enjoy. If you love music this is for you. We go every year and wouldn't think of missing it!
The Brit Floyd show was fantastic! They played played for 2 1/2 hours with an intermission. Great mix of classic Floyd hits and less known gems. Great light show and the music was wonderful. Fantastic female soloist. If you're any kind of Pink Floyd fan, you must see this band.
The band was awesome! They played such a nice varied of Pink Flyods music. I really liked the way they displayed the year and album covers of each song they played.
They sound just like Pink Floyd with every song. Very cool!
As an avid Pink Floyd fan I was extremely lucky and thrilled to attend two FANTASTIC original Pink Floyd Division Bell concerts, one in Birmingham, AL May 1, 1994 and again in Nashville, TN May 8, 1994. It was with great anticipation I attended the BRIT FLOYD tribute concert in Alabama last year and was not disappointed. They performed and delivered near precision instrumentation and very acceptable vocals to pleasantly satisfy die-hard Pink Floyd fans like me. HOWEVER, Brit Floyd’s Immersion Concert performed in Chattanooga, TN on March 21, 2017 was a disappointing departure from their previous performances. The lead guitarists struggled and failed to accomplish the required string precision to mimic Pink Floyd as they aptly did in previous shows. All the vocalists seemed off their mark that evening. The bassist was as good as ever, but appeared to over compensate with excessive and uncomfortable volume levels in attempt to camouflage the poor performance by the rest of the band. By intermission, my friend and I had witnessed enough of what we deemed a failed performance and left the venue in a state of confusion and disappointment! Where were the Brit Floyd performers we enjoyed so much last year?
Pink Floyd is my band I am rather snobby about covers. Having the blessing of being at the "Dark Side of the Moon" and "Animals" tours as a teen in Atlanta, Ga., my expectations are high. I entered the venue at Soldiers and Sailors auditorium skeptical at best. Could Brit Floyd capture and recreate the atmosphere, the sound, the musicianship, and the magic that was Pink Floyd. Brit Floyd absolutely delivered on all aspects. The special effects were right out of Floyds play book. Granted there were no floating pyramids or giant helium filled pigs, but the concert was a fantastic step back in time. I particularly enjoyed the picture tributes to the Pink Floyd band members, including the founder Syd Barrett. Brit Floyd's musicianship was especially displayed on the jam during "Comfortably Numb." I would recommend Brit Floyd to anyone who ever wanted to know what a Pink Floyd concert was like. Brit Floyd does not disappoint. I will go see them again. Great Concert.
Closest thing to Floyd as I'd imagine you'd get. I've not been able to see Pink Floyd live. I've seen the live footage, movie, and their music videos. Great experience!!
Close your eyes and it's Pink Floyd but Brit Floyd the Worlds Greatest Pink Floyd Show!
The show rocked, the music was superb and the venue was awesome!
Spot on recreation of the Pink Floyd experience. Instruments, vocals, visuals...all indistinguishable from the "real" thing. If you never got to scratch off a PF concert from your bucket list this may be the next best thing. GREAT CONCERT!
The best cover Pink Floyd that I have ever seen of the four.
Brit Floyd is an amazing show not to be missed. In addition to all your favorite Floyd songs, there is an awesome light show. I was particularly impressed with the musicianship of the group and how much they actually sounded like the band. The guitar playing rivaled Mr. Gilmore himself. Even the female "back up" singers blew me away. In fact, one young ladies solo was a highlight of the evening. If you get a chance to see them, I recommend you go.
Great song choices, great musicianship, great vocals... very good at what they do
The closest to the actual Pink Floyd we can get today. Nailed every Pink Floyd impeccably with Inspiration.
I have seen Brit Floyd before and really enjoyed them. As far as the sound and light show, they were awesome. I also loved all the 70's tracks. They did play a lot of 80's - 2000's tracks which don't do much for me.
I have been to several Pink Floyd tribute shows, including the Australian Pink Floyd. They are all good and the music is great. But there is little doubt that BRIT FLOYD tops them all. The music, the lights, the lasers and the vocals are spot on. It's definitely the next best thing to being there. Can't wait to see them again in Atlanta at the Fox. I highly recommend Brit Floyd!!
They are great musicians, and they really seemed to love what they were doing. The show did Pink Floyd more than just a tribute. It shined a light on how incredibly special, and creative of artists Pink Floyd was. If there was anything disappointing about the Brit Floyd show, it was only the fact that we, or future generations probably will never have a chance to see the real deal. So in a world where the only way to see an authentic looking, and sounding Floyd concert is to see a tribute band, this is the only one to see.
