  • Love Brett!!

by Steffie on 2/6/20Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

The concert itself was awesome! Such a great singer and all from the heart. His band members were wonderful too and Brett shared his history with each of them. The venue was ok. We had balcony seats and when we reached the balcony level, we were told it was open seating so we could sit anywhere. Well, that left us virtually in the last rows and with the overhang at the balcony level, we had to scoot down in our seats to get a good view. Didn't care for that at all. Why assign tickets with seats??

  • Amazing intimate unforgettable fan experience

by Ferris on 2/5/20Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

I am a frequent concert goer and this is one of my best ones yet. We went to the VIP experience with early access. We had a Q&A and private performance of two songs with only 100 or so in the room. The song set had all his top hits and a few peeks into his past life and a new sneak peek he made for family. I would highly recommend.

  • Great night

by NJDad on 2/5/20Manhattan Center Hammerstein Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Took my wofe as part of Christmas present to see Brett Young but honestly i just wanted to go. What we didnt get: pyrotechnics, flashy stage, dancers and anything resembling an over the top production. What we got: an appropriately quality but shorter opening act by Feranti a member of the band, a main act who's voice somehow sounds better live, a great mix of songs and enough upbeat music we found ourselves dancing most of the night. Most of all we got a performer in Brett Young who was humble and thankful for the opportunity. A guy that almost seems counter culture to a typical NYC show. He propped up his band mates, talked about his love for his parents and wife. And as a fellow dad his love for his baby girl was touching. Thank you Brett Young we will come and see you again though I'm sure next time your success will require it to be in a stadium. One complaint dude is way too tall, good looking and talented apparently in sports and music. I mean really? My wife is a little too much of a fan now.

After believing I had bought my daughter meet and greet plus vip package I was told I didn’t have the meet and greet about 3 weeks before the concert. A radio stations was giving away meet and greet passes at the civic center and my daughter and I won a pair.

  • No Bad Seat

by Jarhead on 2/2/20Knoxville Civic Auditorium - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

This is a great Venue and there is not a bad seat in the house. Great views of performer from all angles. Plan on making this a regular thing!

  • Brett Young - Chapters Tour

by Rita G on 2/2/20Knoxville Civic Auditorium - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Drove from Nashville to Knoxville to see this guy. Loved the venue because every seat was probably a good seat. We had great seats. My only complaint is that I could have listened for at least another hour! Great show.

  • Old venue

by Andie on 2/2/20Knoxville Civic Auditorium - KnoxvilleRating: 3 out of 5

The artist was of course amazing, however the venue was old and run down. Could use a major makeover. Other than that it was close to hotels and very intimate. We absolutely loved Brett Young

It was a wonderful concert. It was even better than i had even hoped for. I loved how heart felt he is about his family. It was one of the best ive been to. I cant wait till he comes back to knoxville again.

  • Phenomenal Show

by LizMTN on 2/2/20Knoxville Civic Auditorium - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

From the opening act to the encore, every minute of the show was engaging and fantastic. Brett played all of the favorites and new material as well. I loved the intimate moments with his band of one friends where he shared about their backstory and performed several covers that got them started. Highly entertaining and enjoyed the back-to-back songs. It felt like he made the most of every moment. Talented artist you should put on your bucket list.

  • Girls Night

by EdLynn on 2/2/20Knoxville Civic Auditorium - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time using Ticketmaster. I bought my tickets then downloaded the app. It was super easy to set up my account. I had a little trouble at first (I’m not really tech savvy) trying to find my tickets. Once I did, it was easy. The night of the concert, I just pulled up the app, logged in, swiped to show each ticket and we were in. It was a fun time with my granddaughter and nieces seeing Matt and Brett Young! They loved it! We’ll be using TicketMaster again.

  • Everything I Hoped it Would Be

by Great Night! on 2/2/20Knoxville Civic Auditorium - KnoxvilleRating: 5 out of 5

The Chapters tour was amazing! Having Matt Ferranti open was a fantastic decision on Brett's part; Matt (with Billy and Keaton) tore the place up with some high-energy songs from Matt's recently dropped EP. I loved every minute of the 20-ish that Matt was on stage! For this tour a large screen was added that showed photos and film clips of brat growing up and basically told his story through Church, baseball, and now music. If that is an element understanding the songs and the story better than I had previously experienced on his other tours. It felt more intimate with a better connection between Brett and the fans. The Knoxville show was the first night of the new tour but you would never know it as everybody was on point! The show consisted of a lot of songs from the first CD, which was great because we haven't heard them played in so long. Along with a few of the hits from TTLA. I have tickets for three more shows on this tour in April and July and I absolutely can't wait!

  • Great Concert

    by D. B. on 12/17/19Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino Event Center - SalamancaRating: 5 out of 5

It was an excellent show. I appreciated that Brett started the show on time. The seat I had was close to the stage. I appreciated that security did not allow people to come from the back of the venue and stand in the aisles or near the stage blocking our view.

  • 2 stars

by MJP on 12/17/19Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino Event Center - SalamancaRating: 2 out of 5

Brett Young came on promptly at 7 pm. No introduction before the concert. He only played for One hour and fifteen minutes. The show was over by 8:20. Ridiculous. I paid good money for tickets, travel to and overnight stay at a hotel for this 1 hour and 20 minute show. Never again at the casino.

  • Brett Young was Awesome... venue sound drowned him out :(

by Meli on 12/17/19Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino Event Center - SalamancaRating: 4 out of 5

His songs and stage presence were just a pleasure to hear and watch. Just wish the base or band or venue sound would have played with him not against him. Maybe too small a venue for his band. He could have just played with a guitar.

  • Great show

by Tori on 12/17/19Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino Event Center - SalamancaRating: 5 out of 5

There was a lot of energy in the room. Music was great. Brett and the band were fun, engaged, interactive and amazing!

Experience was great but I was in ROW 4 which I paid for and security failed to hold back general population for the last 30 minutes which obstructed my view and was not pleased about it.
