Great game, great seats. One small item. It doesn’t state on the Bulldogs website or Ticketmaster, what age limit is a kids ticket. Had to buy 4 adult ticketed for a 12 and 13 year old because I couldn’t find it anywhere. Tried calling but of course, voicemail. All in all, it was a good game.
Atmosphere was great, crowd was lively, no line ups to get into the facility. Definitely made for a great family night.
Great experience just need more standing room I didn’t see one place where you could just stand and watch the game so I stood up @ my seat The whole game not once did I said I hope I didn’t piss people off behind me
It was a great game. I love all the great fun energy in the arena. I loved the fireworks before the Canadian anthem and after the game when the Bulldogs beat the Spitfires 6-1. Nice to see the mascot right in front of me. Glad they took cash when I passed for what I wanted to eat.

Best night ever! Both teams had lots of fun and were happy at the end of the game. I heard one players dad say that both teams got to have pizza after the game. Congratulations Bulldogs!
Always a blast seeing the Bulldogs play. Staff were great & so pleasant with my daughter's. They got their picture taken with Bruiser & got autographs after the game was over.
Game is super fun and interactive. A fun inexpensive date night to enjoy a fun atmosphere

An atmosphere that was incredibly charged!! From before puck drop to well after, was exciting and kept me on the edge of my seat!! Thanks Hamilton!!
We went to the teddy bear game. The advertising indicated we would receive a ticket voucher for another game for bringing teddy bears. We were told (after spending over $100 on bears) that it was one voucher per group not per person with a bear. The kids were disappointed as was I.
Ticket purchase was easy. As was set up for viewing ticket at venue.
These games are an awesome experience, the hockey is great, watching up and comers with no lines at concessions or bathrooms lol. Covid protocol was quick and easy as well!
Went to the Bulldogs game with my family. We had good seats close to centre ice. My son had never been to a hockey game before, and he enjoyed it. The game had an overtime period and a shoot out. You don't see that to often. Sadly the Bulldogs lost in the shoot out. The atmosphere and music at the game was good. I'll go again to another game.
I bought 6 tickets in the 4rth row behind the visitors bench at full price for New Years Eve. When we got to the game and seated I realized that the bent glass at the ends of the bench obstructed the view of the opponents goal. I learned that regular fans avoid the first 12 rows behind the benches for this reason.
The seats were really bad. Right behind the team bench. They blocked our view. Went to customer service and they were awesome. Gave us two great seats. It was worth it.
The Bulldogs have improved the food and drink options from the last time we went, but that does not solve the issue that there is absolutely no atmosphere in the arena itself. Though neither team nor the hockey itself was very good that night, 2,000 or less people in a 16,000 seat arena is the real issue. We go to quite a few OHL games each year, and though Hamilton is by far the closest team to us being only 20 minutes away, we rarely go. It’s just not conducive to junior hockey.
The fact that at First Ontario Place both escalators are under repair and not working for the next 6 weeks is absolutely pathetic. My 78 year old father who has issues walking up stairs was forced to wait in line for the very small elevator to bring him up to the main concourse. This one elevator was put on call so we actually had to seek out an arena employee to call for the elevator. Absolutely pathetic. The city of Hamilton and the Hamilton Bulldogs should be embarrassed.
Had a good time with my son. The tickets were well priced. OHL hockey is very good, fast and exciting.
Rink was awesome and prices reasonable!! Great view:)
