About

Pop rock trio Boyce Avenue (consisting of Alejandro, Fabian and Daniel Manzano) first found fame in 2007 by posting videos of themselves performing popular covers and original songs on YouTube. These humble online offerings garnered the talented brothers from Sarasota Florida over 10 million views. Thanks to their fans online, Boyce Avenue had a ready-made fan base by the time their first major concert rolled around, and they performed a sold-out show at the Mercury Lounge in New York. Today, Boyce Avenue regularly plays to sold-out venues around the world, with fans in every continent eagerly grabbing tickets to see Boyce Avenue perform hits like “Hear Me Now,” “Every Breath,” “Find Me,” “On My Way” and more. They’ve toured with artists like the Goo Goo Dolls and Switchfoot, and played festivals with Kris Allen and the dance troupe Jabbawockeez. Fans have described their live shows as “magic on a stage,” and as having an “amazing sound and vibe”—a rousing atmosphere helped in part by adoring admirers singing along word for word. Needless to say, most of Boyce Avenue’s ticket-buying fans are repeat customers, and with good reason.

Boyce Avenue needs to stick to covers

by FFPMJJ on 9/26/16House of Blues Orlando - Orlando

I came to house of blues from out of town hoping to hear a lot of today's great music, however, it was a lot of music I've never heard. I understand they're trying to branch out and make a name for the self but the crowd at times was lifeless and many confused faces. I was hoping to surprise my girlfriend with a band she loves listening to on Pandora but she couldn't wait to leave. Stick to covering songs, that's what people paid to see and listen to.

I've always been a fan of Leroy Sanchez and Boyce Avenue on YouTube and I couldn't wait for many weeks to see their concert! I'm super glad I went! I loved the concert every minute! I had a great time and the entire family will enjoy it!

Not impressed. They're good with covers but after a few songs, they all sound the same.

    Boyce Avenue was amazing!

by Catie5390 on 12/2/14House of Blues Houston - Houston

This was my first time to see Boyce Avenue, live in concert. I was supper excited to be able to see them come to a venue close enough to me where i could make it. I was blown away by Boyce, and the show they put on! My favorite moment was when Alejandro, sang "On My Way" before he sang, he stopped to talk to the audience about being alone and waiting for your true love. It was a sweet moment with the crowd. And he had me in tears before the song was over. I've never cried at a concert before this.

    Game changer.

by Loveteach on 11/23/14House of Blues Houston - Houston

It was awesome! I throughly enjoyed seeing them in concert; they are phenomenal. My seats were close to the stage and I could see everything. I did not enjoy standing the entire time. Boyce Avenue put on an incredible show and are better live than they are online!

    Boyce Avenue is always good

by JJammer on 11/23/14House of Blues Houston - Houston

The band never disappoints. The crowd might not be ideal, but the band puts on a great show. Always. I've seen every single Houston show and have never been disappointed. Curtis Peoples was a great opener. Kris Allen did a fantastic job as well. He's as good live as I expected.

Boyce Avenue was so much fun to see live. Their music was a lot more pumped and louder than what you might expect, given their YouTube videos, but it was still great! As a musician, I couldn't complain AT ALL about Alejandro (the lead singer)'s voice. The opening act and second act (Kris Allen! a total surprise) were also super fun and great to listen to. Kris Allen, in particular, was fantastic. The venue was super cool, way fewer people than I expected, and it was pretty chill.

The sound was terrible. Way too loud. Where were the quiet acoustic songs?

    Blown Away

by kentuckykim on 11/23/14House of Blues Houston - Houston

They deserve to blow up and be on every radio, but then I wouldn't be able to see them in such an intimate venue.

It Was One Of The Greatest Moments Of My Life!! They Are My Inspiration For Music! Their Live Music Was Even Better In Person. They Communicated With The Crowd, Pumped Up The Crowd, And Really Pleased Them. I Lived Their Show And I Definitly Hope They Come Back To Houston!

    Great experience

by fuschia84 on 11/23/14House of Blues Houston - Houston

Boyce avenue - great performance, new and unreleased songs made it exciting. the wait was quite a while before they came on. Kris allen - very entertaining and interactive with the audience. was amazing to hear and fun to watch. Curtis peoples - good at getting people into the mood of the show. Sound system - would be better if just slightly softer on the guitars. setup for each band was very swift. Crisp and awesome sound. Seating and view - it was great

House of Blues needs better sound equipment

by WaycoolmrsB on 11/23/14House of Blues Houston - Houston

I expected BA to play from their latest albums, but they totally ignored what made them famous — arranging amazing covers! That's what I went to hear. I like their original stuff, but not near as much as their covers. So many are way better than the originals. Overall, it was just OK. The exception was Kris Allen who was outstanding.!

    Opening-Kris Allen-All i went for

by kradambofan on 11/21/14House of Blues Dallas - Dallas

I went to the concert only to see the opening act Kris Allen. I waited outside the venue for a meet and greet after, but from what I could hear of the concert they sounded good. It was just really long!

You just never know who the opener will be?!?!

by feuermadchen on 11/16/14The Fillmore - San Francisco

The opener was Curtis Peoples. He was absolutely great, and if he would have headlined, I would have stayed the whole time. But the next two bands, Kris Allen & Boyce Avenue played so many covers, it was like watching American Idol or being at a Karaoke Club. Look, if you are going to play at a renowned venue that is known as a plateau for artists, you do NOT come there and play a bunch of covers!!! This band can sing and play instruments, but they only come off as genuine when they played a couple of their own acoustic songs. They really need to sing their own songs. I have never been insulted on a venue's behalf, but I guess there is a first time for everything. Cover bands at the Fillmore, jeesh, now I have seen it all.

    Boyce Ave was tooo loud!

by MichelleS2 on 11/10/14The Pageant - St Louis

We bought tickets to see Boyce Avenue but actually enjoyed Chris Alan more than Boyce Ave bc their volume levels were set way too high.
