The show was a Beautiful tribute to Johnny Maestro! We were so happy that Bowzer spent a good amount of time dedicated to Johnny M. Thanks to Kenny Vance 's outstanding rendition of , : When you walk Through a storm" , it brought tears to your eyes , but beautiful memories also . Jay Black and kenny Vance's version of , "Let it be Me" , was the hightlight of the show . Thank you Bowzer for your 10th and your BEST!!!
Bowser did a great job putting together and MC'ing this show. KC Jones song was also a special treat. And Bowser did an excellent job of handling the obnoxious stage crasher- I hope she was arrested after the show! This was the 2nd time I've seen the Tokens in 6 weeks, they are truely a class act even after all these years! And to see Danny & the Juniors still dancing was a real treat! Loved seeing the Crystals again, and Little Joe Cook was a treat. The Drifters have never been a fave of mine, but in this edition they REALLY miss Ben E. King! I didn't care for their part of the show
One of the best shows ever, go back to see it again
Best Doo-Wop show ever. Performance was excellent. Worth every penny spent for tickets. Traveled 3 hours and would do it again in a heartbeat. Brought back so many precious memories. For a few hours I was 16 again. Knew every song and the words by heart. Wish I could have gotten on stage and danced. I could just close my eyes and it brought me back to my teenage years. My all time favortie song the "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" was just as I remembered it. The artists who were featured in this show have not lost any of the magic This show can be summed up in one word "AWESOME!!" Loved it. Thanks for the memories
What a great evening of memories! LOVED the show - 3 1/2 hours of fun. Tokens were the highlight for me as they sound just as good as when they started - no fooling! Casey Jones (retired Celtics player) sang Bye Bye Blackbird on the fly and it was terrific - you never know what's going to happen or who's going to show up. Like the drunk 71 year old grandmother that crashed the stage and wouldn't get off - but Bowzer handled it very well...We've seen his show a number of times and will see it again....just can't get enough of that Doo Wop!!
Bowsers show made my wife and I feel like we were back in high school. Anyone with an interest in Doo Wop should take in this show.
The show was awesome!!! Good for the geriatric crowd. Would see it again.
By far the best show I have seen in a long time. The energy of all the proformers was just great. The Melody Tent was Rocking......for three plus hours....Great Show
The groups were very professional and still sounded good. The only downer was that although we were sat in the second row of a theatre in the round, the front of the stage seemed to spend more time on the opposite side, leaving us many times looking at the back of the orchestra and groups.
My husband and I traveled to Pennsylvania just to see the show. It was absolutely awesome. We had such a good time I cannot wait to see if he does it again next year. All of the entertainers were great and it brought back many memories with the music.
Since the cost of the tickets for very good seats were so reasonable, I had my doubts on the quality of the show...was I surprised! The ENTIRE show was fantastic! Not only was Bowzer an amazing performer but top acts like Danny and the Juniors, The Tokens, Shirley Austin Reeves, Kathy Young, and The Orlons performed all their top hits!! My Husband and I really enjoyed the show..it was great from beginning to end. I would DEFINITELY go see Bowzers Ultimate Doo Wop Party again! If you like Doo Wop..you'll LOVE this show...a MUST SEE!!!
Nice evening, outdoors, weather was excellent. The General Admission tickets were fine. The venue had a large screen projection so we could see the performers even in the back. This turned out to be a great trip down memory lane.

There was something special going on last night. It was the best Bowzer show we've been at. The audiance was really up for this show. And he gave it to threm, plus. We walkr\ed out of there on a cloud . Especially after Jay Segal, and the Tokens got done, WOW.
Kid Kyle opening the program was GREAT. The next two acts the Dovells and the Crystals were just so-so. The following acts were GREAT and performed up to the standard I am acustomed to watching and hearing. I really enjoyed the show very much and wished would last a whole lot longer.
By far the best Doo Wop I have ever seen and I have been to lots of them. When the rains came we were so disappointed that the show might be cancelled since it was held outside but then th sun came out and we were for a few hours sent back in time to one of the best times in our lives. The selection of groups were fantastic as were their voices. I could'nt sit still. The Drifters (under the boardwalk) sounded as good as when they recorded the song and people were up and dancing, the Crystals, theDovels, Sha Na Na, but, I must say, Paul and Paula knocked my socks off. I just loved that song and it was quite emotional to hear the song and I think many people in the audience felt the same way. Bowzer, a classical pianist ..who would have thought it . He surprised everyone and what a great host. I coukd go on and on but one other talent was the young boy who sang (14 years old)..Frankie Lyman reincarnated..great voice!!!!
Just bringing back all the memories was a real treat. Seeing the original performers was such a 'big deal'. Loved that Bowser pushed for Truth in Music and appreciate all his efforts. Feel 30 years younger and enjoying the feeling.....
