When is the box office open?
The box office opening hours are 9AM -5PM IN THE LITTLE BRITAIN SOUVENIR SHOP, PIER APPROACH 7DAYS A WEEK 6PM-8-10PM IN THE THEATRES BOX OFFICE ON SHOWNIGHTS ONLY PLEASE NOTE THE BOX OFFICE IS NOW SITUATED IN THE LITTLE BRITAIN SOUVENIR SHOP ON THE PIER PRECINCT. What payment types are accepted?
Visa, Switch/Maestro, Mastercard (for credit cards venue charge a fee of £1.50), Cheques (with guarantee card). Postal Booking available please include a SAE or an additional £1.00 for postage.
What are the will call rules?
Ticket collection is available from the Box Office on the day of the show between 10am - 4pm or 6pm-7.45pm. Customers must bring the debit or credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number. The cardholder will be required to sign for tickets.
What are the parking options at Bournemouth Pier Theatre?
Parking is available at a pay and display card park in Bath Road, adjacent to the Royal Bath Hotel
Is there accessible seating?
