Good food, lacking wi-fi acess for foreign visitors.

Ticketmaster's app was simple and easy to use for our tickets, and the venue staff was friendly and enthusiastic.

My husband, nephew, and I watched UMass vs BU Men’s Hockey at the Agganis Arena. It was non- stop action and athleticism for the entire game. The Agganis is a wonderful place for watching hockey— not a bad seat in the house. Parking was easy and close by. A fun time was had by all...and UMASS won!!!

Last year purchased 2 tickets to a game. Called to say wanted 2 more and can I get seats together? No problem, man at BU Ticket office helped me and had a great time. This year I had a similar need where purchased 3 tickets, wanted to add one and asked for the same help. The person at the BU office was no help (I think she was getting advice from someone else). Can't do that is what I was told. Tried to explain you can and did last year but to no avail. Very disappointing experience. Ended up wasting the 4th ticket that I purchased because no one wanted to be back a few rows from the main group. Poor understanding of what was needed from a customer and soured me on the experience. As an Alum (and my wife is one) wish you could have seen past process, understand the customer need for a service and provided it. Poor judgement in making the wrong choice to not help me. Have to think twice next time a game attendance presents itself.

The glass at Agganis was terrible. It was blurry and when looking down ice it distorted the view of the ice and the players. Besides that it was a very good venue

Great venue for hockey. Every seat is good and the scale of the arena is manageable. Exciting game as well. Lots of value for the money.

Love coming to these games!! The only issue this time was the new backpack policy. I’ve also brought a bag, and never had an issue, they just check it. This year they changed it so you can only have a small purse, but I didn’t see that posted anywhere when I bought the ticket! And the woman was very rude, and unclear in her explanation of bag size. Then told us we could leave it unattended under the stairs.... ok? Kind of a damper on an otherwise fun outing.

Agganis is a terrific place to see a hockey game...BU has done an amazing job to create a truly professional venue.

Great game. Boston University hockey is a great program. There are two players on the team that played in the USHL before college and billeted with us. Very nice arena. Good food at vending. Very good hockey. Need to plan your parking. It's Boston.

Went to the game with three friends. Buy three get one free. Great deal. Great game.

Great hockey game, but the BU Pep band and energetic student section stole the show. Musically the equals of even the best big-time football marching bands, the BU band's joy of performance makes them a joy to watch. Go BU!

Always a great time, easy to park, Kids love Cane's, game was great, great seats, easy trips to restrooms with no lines, same at concessions! Wish we could go more often!

The arena is very organized and the game was great!

Ticket Master has the layout of the stadium wrong. Instead of being away from the band, we were right next to it. Otherwise the game was enjoyable and so was the view.

Great seats. Third row. I think every seat in the arena is probably great. Really fun and affordable. Top notch hockey.

Two great teams met at Boston University. Game score was tight ending in a 3-2 win for the home team.
