I flew in my best friend I brought my fiancé and my mother-in-law and we had a blast. Security was fantastic. The music was out of this world. The food was amazing. The drinks were amazing. The pool was clean and temperate. It was so amazing that there was lockers. We basically got to try everything. The fact that there was free water made all the difference. We spent money on just about everything in the casino including the games on the way in. Boombox Cartel is our favorite and we would frequent this event often. We also love that there was ins and outs !! We frequent this resort and we didn’t even know there was a downstairs and other food options! We will be back in the coming weeks !!
Show is listed to start at 8. Three openers each over an hour didn’t start until 9 by midnight Boombox still hadn’t come out and me and my friends left. Worst concert experience I have ever had.
friends were telling me that i would be in for a treat seeing Boombox Cartel and I deffff was! first time seeing Boombox and i love the fact that he’s v multi-genre :) venue is cute too! it was just a little cold :s i also love how he took pics with his fans at the end of his show :’) that’s wholesome af
I've been to many shows at the House of Blues before but this was definitely one of the worst shows I've attended there simply because the sound was too quiet and lacked any kind of bass that you could feel. It's almost like they had zero subs turned on pushing any low end and were solely using the high/mid range speaker stacks. Definitely not ideal for a bass music show. Additionally, when watching the playback of some of the videos I took at the show, it's hard to hear the clarity of the music and instead, I can just hear the people around me talking. Overall - the music was great but the sound was terrible and pretty much ruined the experience/night. The sound engineer working the sound board for the evening should be fired.
Starting the night with that fire Night Bass from PDogs into Lunice, who went absolute beast mode... Clams was a bit out of place, but oh man... was it worth the wait!! Boombox comes on with the stage reveal and the crowd goes Nuts! Banger after banger after banger. Insane. Stage design was top notch and the production was next level. The cell tour was absolutely amazing. *slow clap*
We got there right around 8pm and they let us wait inside. No problem with security; they let us bring in bandanas, kandi and pashminas. As for the show - it was wild. We had a lot of room to dance and move around, and the crowd was great. The visuals were amazing and Boombox threw down.
Boombox cartel was absolutely phenomenal! Music was beyond on pt reminded me of tomorrowworld days. Come back again!
