About

No other one has done more to prove that rap at it's hardest and melody at its most sublime were meant live together in thuggish, ruggish harmony than this legendary Cleveland hip hop band, who won their Grammy for "The Crossroads" 17 years ago. It's a song that still brings back emotional memories of the era and of lost heroes like Tupac Shakur and Easy E, the West Coast impresario who helped bring the band to prominence and who has been known to appear at their concerts in hologram form. But for all the hip hop history that they have been a part of, don't expect the re-united Flesh-n-Bone, Bizzy Bone, Krayzie Bone, and Wish Bone to be all about nostalgia. Their trademark rapid-fire delivery and distinctive melodies remain intact (and a chief reason why they remain so inspirational to current touring acts like Wiz Kahlifa and Kendrick Lamar). But they've matured a lot since the '90's. Ticket holders can expect to hear their concerns run towards justice, spirituality and their fallen friends as much as it does the thug life. But despite their wiser stand, the Bones are as 'street' as they ever were, and we are all the better for it.

Over the course of their career, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have played venues such as the House of Blues in Dallas, Irving Plaza in NYC, and bringing crowds to capacity at the Aztec Theatre in San Antonio.

    Best concert in 20 years

by Raushaun on 7/18/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

The last time I saw the greatest musical group of all time was in 1997 and that was the best concert I have ever been too in my life. This concert was the best concert I have been too since then and Bone Thugs will always remain the best musical group ever. Anyone who loves Bone like me should definitely check out their concert in San Diego coming this month. BoneThugs4ever

    Bone Killed It

by SagaForever on 7/17/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

Although there was what felt like a three hour delay for the group to come out, once they finally showed face, they killed it. It was good to see so many Bone fans gathered together. I thought we were dying off.... But the show was tight. I was looking forward to hearing some new music but they only performed old stuff. It was tight though.

    BTNH Reunited

by Hollywood27 on 7/17/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

it was great seeing the whole group together. Im not that old so this was my first time seeing flesh, but they laid it down. Nipsey Hussle opening was a good suprise and he rocked the stage. Only issue was that there was too much Mo-Thug music in the beginning that no one was really feeling. Nipsey and Bone didnt come on till almost 11:45pm and people had been there since 8.

    Good but worth the wait?

by Xiucoatl on 7/17/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

If you're a die hard Bone thug fan then you won't want to miss this. This was my third time seeing a Bone thug concert but it was the first time I got to see all five members! HOWEVER...all three times I've seen them they didn't start the concert until 2 to 3 hours late! This last concert took them 2.5 hours! They had other people (who weren't any good) opening for them and after a while the crowd started to boo them and throw things on stage. When Bone finally started they only did like 4 songs before they took a break! I ended up leaving the concert before it was over just because I was so tired and had a headache and was in a bad mood for waiting so long. So be warned. Be prepared to wait.

    thizzelle

by comptonRed on 7/17/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

waaaay too many opening acts. people were booing the opening acts b/c it was so absurd. there should have been at least a heads up as to what time bone was coming on, or no opening acts at all. bone was good though; played all their good tracks. bass could have been louder.

    Bone Thugs are back!!!

by kaution102 on 7/16/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

took a little too long to start but once it did it was great. Jay Rock and Nipsey Hussle put it down, Bone Thugs graced us with all the classics as well as some new tracks. One of the best shows i've been to.

    Bone Thugs @ Club Nokia

by Meatbone on 7/16/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

I'm a huge Bone Thugs fan so to see all five members together is incredible everytime. This show was lacking a bit from the show in November, no band playing the music, shorter set list etc., but the other show was way over any expectations.

It was so good, I'll be in Vegas to watch them AGAIN on July 18th, at the House Of Blues. Best hip hop group that ever lived. Thanks for coming back together. It makes "that" difference!

    Boo to the Family

by DaddyR on 7/16/09CLUB NOKIA - Los Angeles

Bone Thugs themselves were ok - just ok. The rest of "the Family" that played for nearly two hours before Bone Thugs came out were horrible. And they kept coming out! I would never ever go to another Bone Thugs show. Ever.

started good and then they got high

by poway on 7/13/09House of Blues San Diego - San Diego

When they finally started (~50 min late) they performed about 4 or 5 great songs and really set the tone for an awesome evening. After those songs they then started play a Michael Jackson tribute song, then covered a Biggie song, and then covered Tupac song. It pretty much digressed into a few guys getting stoned on stage and covering someone elses songs and then throwing in some their own lesser songs. After almost an hour of being on stage they just fizzled out, said bye, and left. All in all it was disappointing and those guys don't seem to have the stamina/attention span to put on an hour show. One may argue I'm not meant to do rap shows, my responses - maybe, but I've seen a few other big name rap groups perform and they've all managed to pull it off (stoned or not).

    VERY GOOD SHOW

by Smithereenz on 7/13/09House of Blues San Diego - San Diego

GREAT SETLIST!! They did all their classics, all the songs they needed to play. Paid homage to Mike, Eazy, Big, & Pac. Only Krayzie, Layzie, and Wish were there. Bizzy and Flesh were "in the studio".
