Sat in the middle balcony, wish I would of purchased floor tickets. Wow, what a show. Great family show
The show was very creative with the equipment (pvc pipes) and the special effects (neon suits) were eye catching. Excellent use of modern day equipment (smartphones) to add humor to the show. Highly recommended.
Wasnt what we expected it was better . Very interactive show . Will go to the next show when in the area again.
This show is full-family entertainment. There is always some activity, and you don't really know what to expect, unless you have seen it previously. I think Blue Man Group needs to change their skits and add new things, it was basically the same show I seen in Las Vegas. Although I did see the show previously, it was still very entertaining. The fact they don't say anything and only communicate with their eyes is hilarious. I would, and have recommended this show to friends and family.
FANTASTIC!!! Really clever, entertaining, and thought provoking. We've never seen anything like this before. We couldn't take my eyes off of the stage. What genius thought of this? BRAVO!!!
Saturday's Blue Man show was the fourth time I have seen them live. This is a great group and you can tell the men are having fun up on stage. They entertained the audience with only pantomime and music, never speaking. For this, I am glad. I think that speaking would take away some of the magic that is the Blue Man Group. I have seen some of the acts before in previous productions, but Saturday's show was so entertaining that I wasn't bothered by it one bit. I eagerly anticipate their next return to the Quad Cities. If Saturday's audience was any indication, they are very well-received in this area. Great show!
I received an e-mail from ticketmaster that the event was postponed an hour, which was much better than going there and realizing it realizing. I was pleased with most of the performance, it was drawn out in some parts, but most of it was funny. The sounds/music were amazing. I did have trouble seeing some of, I would recommend making sure to have a center seat.
This was my second time seeing Blue Man Group. It was great the first time and so much more fun to introduce it to my friends.
I seen this same exact show in Vegas in 06, in 5 years it hasnt really changed. But I did like the balls at the end. Also show was short!
I took my kids to Blue Man Group...what a fantastic evening! We were laughing, dancing, and entertained the entire evening. My kids have not stopped talking about it and have thanked me several times for taking them. Very well done. Worth every penny!
What a fantastic show they put on. It was fabulous! Their band was also great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We would highly recommend them for anyone!
A must see! If you have not attended a Blue Man Group show you must go see this performance. It is very creative, entertaining, and the audience was drawn into the show from the begining.
That was one of the best nights out my husband and I have had in a long time!!! We had awesome seats, which certainly helped, and I was chosen to participate in a small part of the show too! Every minute of the show was fascinating. I didn't want to get up to go to the bathroom - afraid I would miss something. At the end when the big balls were bouncing around, hitting me in the head while I was being attacked by the wind blown streamers, I laughed so hard I was crying. When I purchased the tickets, I was skeptical about the price.......................no need - it was worth every penny!!
1) 1 hour delay due to "Technical Difficulties 2) Material was not much different than previous shows (compared to permanent show in Boston) 3) Finale involves large floating balls that balcony members do not get to interact with (only one made it into the balcony for a very short time) 4) Performers did not make themselves available after the show for pictures That being said, if you have never seen BMG, you should go. They are always a fun experience.
It was a fabulous show! Kids loved it and giggled the entire way through. Would have been nice to been a bit closer there was at least 6 rows in front of us empty - that I thought would have given us when picked best available. As when the bouncing balls in the audience happened no one in our row or higher was involved and just left watching not participating. Understand that happens and our of control - but would have been great. But was an awesome show ~ glad we went.
