Blake Shelton On Tour

CMA Entertainer of the Year and Grammy nominee, Blake Shelton will embark on a headlining tour of the U.S. beginning July 19 in Virginia Beach, VA. The Ten Times Crazier Tour, which features special guest Mercury Recording artist, Easton Corbin, and ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year nominee, Jana Kramer, will criss-cross the country this summer.

This is Blake's second headlining tour following last year's sold-out Well Lit & Amplified Tour. The CMA's Entertainer of the Year and three-peat Male Vocalist of the Year is coming off seven consecutive No.1 singles, 12 overall, back-to-back wins on NBC's hit show The Voice and is already celebrating his Top 20 new single, "Sure Be Cool If You Did", which Entertainment Weekly calls "ludicrously catchy" with an A- rating. "Sure Be Cool If You Did" is Blake's fastest rising single to date and is the first new single off his new album Based on a True Story. His recent Christmas album, Cheers, It's Christmas received 4 out of 5 stars in People Magazine and The New York Times has said "he's becoming the most important and visible ambassador from Nashville to the American mainstream."

"My fans, country radio, friends, family, you name it - they know I love to perform. With The Voice schedule, I was not able to go out and perform as much as I wanted last year but I plan to make up for it this year", Blake said with a devilish smirk. "This summer is going to be a blast. I want everyone at my shows to leave feeling like they got every penny's worth of their ticket. I am going to give them every ounce of me on that stage because they deserve it. My fans are die-hard country fans, they love to laugh and have a good time and I'm going to join them in what truly will be the Ten Times Crazier Tour."

GRAMMY-nominated Blake Shelton is CMA Awards' Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year for his third consecutive year. Blake is one of the "most versatile of contemporary country singers" (The New York Times). He has been nominated for five GRAMMY Awards, including a nod for Red River Blue, the Associated Press calling the album "the best album of his career" as Country Album of the Year, won ACM's Male Vocalist of the Year for a second time, celebrated his seventh consecutive No. 1 single (his twelfth overall), and then made history by winning three consecutive CMA Male Vocalist of the Year awards and Song of the Year with his wife and Grammy winner, Miranda Lambert. Blake's current album, Cheers It's Christmas, features several duet performances with multiple GRAMMY Award-winning artists such as Michael Buble, long-time friend, Reba, Miranda Lambert, Kelly Clarkson and a very special duet with his mother, Dorothy Shackleford, which they wrote together. Blake's infectious multi-week No.1 hit, "Honey Bee" holds the record for the fastest-selling digital Platinum single for a male country solo artist

This show was just awesome. I would highly recommend any one going to see Blake if they get a chance. I would go back to see him in a heart beat. He always has a joke that takes him into his next song. Steel Magnolia and East Corbin were great also.

    Blake was Great...Fans were not!

by HeelYeah on 3/13/11Crown Center of Cumberland County - Fayetteville

The concert was great. Blake is an awesome performer and should look into being a stand up comedian if this country music thing doesn't work out. That being said, the drunk people around us who wouldn't sit down put a damper on it for us. Bought great seats for my husband for Christmas and ended up watching the whole concert standing up in the back of the arena because we had to get away from all of the drunks. Maybe we're just too old for this type of show...Though 36 and 33 don't seem that old to me. Just wish people would show some consideration to those around them.

    Blake Shelton was AWESOME!!!!!!

by MikkiTowboater on 3/12/11Show Me Center - Cape Girardeau

I've been a Blake Shelton fan since he first came out, but I'm an even BIGGER fan since I took my wife and son to see him live! The Band Perry and Easton Corbin were there with him and they were an added bonus to an unbelievable night. The show was great and Blake Shelton definitely proved to be worthy of male vocalist of the year! I would definitely recommend going to see him in concert, even if you're not that big a fan of his; because you will be afterwards! This was my son's first concert and he will now be a HUGE fan of country music for many years to come!!! Blake, you're AWESOME!!!!

    Blake Shelton/Easton Corbin Amazing Show

by msubarbiegirl on 3/6/11Show Me Center - Cape Girardeau

The Band Perry started the show and they were better than I expected. I would definitely see them again in concert. Easton Corbin was next and I had already seen him with Brad Paisley this past summer, but he was even better and this show. He was so down to earth and interacted with the crowd throughout the show. He is an amazing artist and I cannot wait to see him again. Blake Shelton was amazing as the headlining act. His interaction with the crowd was better than almost any artist I have seen. It was an added surprise when Miranda Lambert joined him on stage. I cannot wait to see Blake again in concert.

    Blake Shelton was Awesome!

by Anonymous on 3/5/11Swiftel Center - Brookings

Band Perry was good, Easton Corbin was great & Blake Shelton was Awesome! Nice night out with my hubby @ the packed Swiftel Center. Not a bad seat in the place! We jumped the shuttle buses both to and after the show - that was a fantastic addition, didn't have to navigate traffic or wait for the truck to heat up!

    Too loud country music

    by angler111 on 3/3/11DECC Arena - Duluth

THE LEAD ACT "THE BAND PERRY" WAS GREAT. THE FOLLOW ON ACT "EASTON CORBIN" WAS TERRIBLE. HIS MUSIC WAS WAY TOO LOUD, THE SPEAKERS WERE CUTTING OUT AND BLARING. EVEN THE INSTRUMENTAL PERFORMANCE WAS OFF. VERY DISSAPPOINTING. THE MAIN ACT "BLAKE SHELTON" WAS OK, BUT SUFFERED FROM BEING TOO LOUD AT TIMES. SAT THRU MUCH OF THE CONCERT WITH MY FINGERS IN MY EARS. NOT WHAT I HAD EXPECTED FROM A COUNTRY ACT WHERE THE MUSIC IS ENJOYED FOR ITS QUALITY AND NOT ITS LOUDNESS. I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE IF I KNEW THIS WOULD BE SUCH A LOUD CONCERT.
