About

Rock N Roll is fun, or at least that's the idea. That they are able to get back to that core concept is one of the great joys of Black Veil Brides, and one that fans latched onto as the Andy Biersack lead Hollywood quintet emerged as D.I.Y. phenomenon in 2009. Yes, the Brides Ð who along with Biersack includes Ash Purdy, Jinxx, Jake Pitts, and Christian Coma-- have a look that is a Goth take on the over-the-top glam of late '70's Kiss and mid '80's Sunset Strip, but their message is far from ironic. From their debut with 2010's We Stich Wounds to 2013's sprawling concept album The Wretched and Divine: The Story of the Wild Ones, the band has always shown a deep emotionalism to go along the riff-heavy, fist pounding excitement.

And then there are those concerts: ticket buyers can expect nothing less than complete commitment from the Brides. Indeed, Biersack famously broke three ribs on stage and at another tour date, then smashed his nose falling off a drum riser at another. Of course neither injury even slowed him, much less stopped the show. It that kind of damn-it-all resolve that got Biersack named Revolver's Greatest Living Rock Star in 2012, and one of the many qualities that make the Black Veil Brides a band able to restore you faith in rock, in all it's fun, fury and fire.

    BVB was awesome!

by LW on 10/22/23Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden City

BVB was awesome! However, the Revolution House Concert & Event Center needs a lot of improvement. The acoustics are terrible making the music distorted and way too loud. I don't mind loud, but it has to be done correctly. BVB was kinda strange for their first set, not what I expected. But the second set was completely mind blowing, they were great, music was great, that drum set was crazy! Still would have been better if the acoustics were what they should be for a concert. I hope BVB comes back but to a better venue.

    Great bands, horrible venue!!!

by KM on 10/22/23Hard Rock Live Sacramento - Wheatland

Hard Rock Live in Wheatland gets high marks for excellent professional staff, security, clean bathrooms, good parking lot, nice video monitors, etc. BUT… when you’re there for MUSIC, the SOUND quality is supposed to be the most important thing! The sound quality at this venue was HORRIBLE!!!!!! I almost walked out. It was like listening through a giant Fisher Price cassette player! The performance area feels like a big high school auditorium, and the seating section starts at floor level right behind GA, so if you have those seats, they are actually terrible seats. (The seating chart is deceptive.) I’m so glad I saw earlier shows on this tour so that I could experience the full excellence of the band. But wowzers, I’m never going to make the mistake of going to see live music at Hard Rock Live! I still can’t get over the terrible sound quality. 🤯

    It was good bit mid

by Articuno on 10/22/23Hard Rock Live Sacramento - Wheatland

Andy tried his best due to health reasons. Although I appreciate the show was not cancelled it lacked. The last song just ended upruplty and everyone was standing there confused if they were really done or one more song was going to be played. Even the maintenance crew on stage was confused whether to start taking instruments down and everyone got the clue that they're not coming back and left. Also, I'm not sure why they are touring with VV and and did not play Temple Of Love that was a missed opportunity and a huge let down.

It was a great show, however.

by SD on 10/22/23Revolution Concert House & Event Center - Garden City

When I pay 345$ for tickets in the vip section to sit at a table, I expected to have a table. I think their needs to be some clarifications on the venue and not try to sale as many tickets as possible for a very small section and then have to stand on the stairs all night. I was only there to see Ville Valo.

    Disappointed

Band was late to get on stage. Crowd work was poor and sound setup wasn’t great. I’m a fan of their music so this was very disappointing

    Great

by BVB Mom on 10/20/23Paramount Theatre - Seattle

I ordered tickets thru ticketmaster.com. I went with my daughter who is the person that turned me on to Black Veil Brides about 6 years ago. We have seen them 4x now and they're awesome every time. We went early so we could get a good spot on the floor so we could be as close to the stage as possible but we're then offered two seats in the balcony which worked out much better cause we could actually see the groups on stage. Everyone in front of us on the floor were way taller. Black Veil Brides are one of my favorite bands we drove from Salem Oregon to see them. Never a disappointment seeing them.perform.. Andy's voice is so versatile and just beautiful, CC is the best drummer I've ever seen or heard and I'm a Gen X woman so I've heard alot of rock and heavy metal bands. I love when they have the classical music mixed in because they blend it so well with the rest of the music. Jinx and Jake well too many good things to even try to start outside of great guitarist and Lonnie is just adorable. These guys love their fans and it's so obvious just by the looks on their faces. I will drive to Seattle or further to see them perform any day of the year, hell I'll fly to see them perform and have a vacation on the side. Next show I'll be bringing my niece who loves Andy that's 16. Their music helped my daughter thru some very tough times growing up and they got her thru to the other side of teen years a happy bright young woman who's very genuine and alot of it is due to their lyrics.

    So much fun!

by Lioness on 10/19/23Paramount Theatre - Seattle

I saw BVB at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle. There was a meet and greet with the band before the show. The staff at the venue were amazing! They were very organized, concise with directions, helpful and very friendly. The meet and greet went really well and ran smoothly with so many people that wanted to share a few words with the band before having a picture taken with them. The band members were very friendly and talkative and the singer, Andy, was very funny. It made for a special event. There were three bands, they were all very different in styles, but the sound was amazing. The theater is beautiful venue as well. All in all, I had an amazing experience and will go to see BVB again and I would love to see another show at the Seattle Paramount Theatre.

Put me to sleep and Wake me up

by NMZ on 10/19/23Paramount Theatre - Seattle

Could not hear Dark Divine very well, and they put my teen age metal head daughter to sleep because she found them boring. VV was great. He was so melodical that he was almost lulling me to sleep because I was so relaxed. Save the best for last. Black Veil Brides always sound so great, loud and clear, and keep me on my feet. Most songs were different than the ones played during the Trinity of Terror Tour. It was awesome to see them performing different songs.

    Disappointed

by Larryb on 10/19/23Paramount Theatre - Seattle

I really liked all the bands, as I always have. I had never heard of Dark Divine and I was really impressed with them. It was my first time to the Paramount Theater and I was really excited for this experience, with all its history. The venue is absolutely beautiful with the lavish, ornate interior. I sat on the left side of the loft, very close to the front, with spectacular view of the full stage. Then the bands performed. One after another, I could not hear the lead vocals, drowned out by the instruments. And the guitars were barely had distinct sound from the others. They were just muffled and pretty much blended into noise, not even that loud as I expected it would be in that environment. Perhaps the sound echoed back upon itself, but I was quite disappointed. I may give the Paramount a second chance sometime, but at this point I doubt it. I was so ready for a good time because I really like the bands, but sadly it did not happen. I have to blame the venue's acoustics.

Music that shakes your core and let's you free

by Kol on 10/19/23Paramount Theatre - Seattle

Black veil brides never disappoints. This concert was my boyfriends first ever concert and he looked genuinely stress free (rare thanks to active military life). I've never seen him so thrilled, he didn't know the words half as well as I do but he still sang and screamed with the rest of us. Andy's relationship and control with the fans is borderline intoxicating. Chatting with other fans further enlightened me on how safe and wholesome the atmosphere is when BVB plays. The fans look out for each other and respect one another. I have every intention of seeing them every chance I get.

    Oh My Lord

by Amanda E on 10/19/23Paramount Theatre - Seattle

I grew up going to concerts and this was the first one I went to for this band. I can say without a doubt: Black Veil Brides is the best concert I've ever attended. I had the privilege of meeting them dn they were all so sweet. Andy has an amazing stage presence, Jake and Jinx are amazing on guitar, Lonny looks like he was having fun which made us have fun and there is no better drummer than CC. I'll definitely get tickets to see them again when I can!

    Great Showmanship All Around

    by G.na on 10/15/23The Sylvee - Madison

Not my first time at the Sylvee, but my first time seeing V.V. And Black Veil Brides. Been a fan since I was a kid, so it was really enjoyable to watch them in a venue I also love. V.V and Andy sound just like they do on their albums, definitely worth a live listen to. The only disappointment was that they didn’t play their one single they both worked on and for what the tour was predicated on (I believe).

    Fantastic Show!

by Lyss on 10/15/23The Sylvee - Madison

Seeing Black Veil Brides has been on my bucket list for over a decade and they did not disappoint. Despite feeling under the weather, they put on one of the best rock performances I’ve seen! So much energy from each of the guys, an incredible violin performance, perfect set list mix of old and new songs, and Andy’s voice was flawless! Dark Divine and VV were great too and I walked away with a few new songs to add to my playlist. Just a really wonderful night!
