Great venue with friendly, helpful staff! Love the warm welcome Asheville gave the Ukraine team. Would give it an extra star if the merchandise vendor was better.

Loved the play -- especially the doubles. The venue has some need for improvement. I had a small spider fall down on me and there are cracks in the concrete floor. Bathrooms only have cold water to wash my hands. But again it was good tennis, good friends and a good day.

This was the most moving event with Team USA Women's tennis team hosting Ukraine. Everything was SO well done, from the national anthems to a moving moment of silence for all Ukrainians. On the tennis court it was the most competitive tennis matches I've ever witnessed. Already planning on going next year! Kudos to the Asheville Sports Commission!

This was our 2nd time attempting the Billie Jean King Cup and once when it was just the Fed Cup. Absolutely had an amazing time yet again! As an Asheville local, to be able to attend such a top-notch sporting event without having to fly to see it is a blessing! Hope they keep coming back, as I will keep coming back!

The Ukranian and American women gave Western North Carolina a real treat. Harrah's arena is worthy of world-class events, but brings them to a scale that harkens back to cross-town rivalries.

I bought very expensive tickets, but was not allowed in with my medium tote, even though I explained and showed the contents. I am elderly (very mobile) and need to carry a change of feminine bladder control products. I was told to discard the tote or not be admitted. It was in front of many people and we were so embarrassed that we left. A waste of $500. I will never go to this venue again.

The USA and Ukraine both came to Play and indeed the did leaving it All the court. The crowd enjoyed Every point won by the USA and Showed their appreciation to the Ukraine. Such wonderful event Hats off to the U S A for the win Congratulations to the Ukraine For a great game🎾🎾🎾

The 2022 Billie Jean King Cup was a fabulous time. Security check and admission was smooth and moved quickly. The stars were gifted athletes and both teams worked hard. The only recommendation is for the Harrah’s center to place score and replay screens where everyone can see. We had great sheets, but had to rely on our phones to keep up with the scores. Also, we could not see any of the replays of challenged points.

Great event. Really well run. Top rate tennis. Support for Ukrainian team was really touching. Americans prevailed in the end. Asheville is very cool.

Good venue. Great location. Excellent tennis. Exciting doubles finale.

Had a great time, only complaint is the venue. We purchased best tickets but can’t see either scoreboard, can’t see replays - opening ceremony clips etc.

A little pricey and to long between matches. Otherwise great !! Definitely attend again.

We were surprised with the special price for parking-only 7$. Great stadium, very comfortable, a lot of bars, restrooms. Very smart that where is a special balcony for smoking people .Would recommend to visit it.

Great tennis/on the edge of your seat/ great band and cheerleaders…. Organized to perfection!

Well produced and smoothly run, graphics were great, fun to see BJK!
