About

Billie Eilish in Concert

Billie Eilish has been one of pop's brightest lights of the past few years—although her chilly electropop gems exist in stark contrast to her star power. In 2016, she released her debut single "ocean eyes," a beat-heavy love song that's part Portishead and part Lana Del Rey, with a heaping dash of Lorde's wise-beyond-her-years wit; Eilish's lithe voice curls around the skeletal beats, quivering as she recalls better days with a crush. The song was brought to Eilish by her brother and coproducer Finneas O'Connell, who had originally written it for his own band; she commandeered it the way only younger siblings can.

Then "ocean eyes" blew up online—first released on SoundCloud, its official video has received more than 28 million YouTube views. She followed that with 2017's EP ‘don't smile at me,' which foregrounds her take-no-prisoners attitude toward bad exes and worse friends: "By the way, you've been uninvited/'Cause all you say are all the same things I did," she sneers on the chilly "copycat," which lands with the brutality of an unexpected Instagram unfollowing. Her 2018 duet with R&B upstart Khalid, "lovely" places the pair on parallel, lonely tracks. It's gorgeously sad, her whispery soprano entwining itself with Khalid's powerful singing as they sing, together, about isolation. "you should see me in a crown," a sneak peek of her debut full-length released over the summer, is quietly boastful, an unexpected moment of calm on the chaotic soundtrack to ‘FIFA 19.'

Live, Eilish is more playful than her songs might suggest; alongside O'Connell, she lays down Vince Staples' guest verse on their collaboration "&burn," breaks out the ukulele for a faithful yet giddy cover of Drake's "Hotline Bling," and professes gratitude to her (growing) fanbase with youthful enthusiasm. Eilish might be brooding on record, but it's an extension of the passion she brings to her art.

Billie Eilish on Tour

Following the release of her official music video for ‘all the good girls go to hell' – accompanied with the important call to action on climate change – Eilish continues to set an example by partnering with non-profit organization REVERB for her upcoming tour. To help create and encourage an eco-conscious environment both backstage and for her fans, Eilish is allowing fans to bring their re-fillable water bottles to the shows, water stations will be available at every venue for both attendees and crew backstage, plastic straws will not be permitted and a Billie Eilish Eco-Village will be stationed at every show, providing attendees information and resources on ways to help combat climate change.

Eilish is officially the first artist born this millennium to achieve both a No. 1 album and single, and is now the third female solo artist in the 31-year history with multiple songs topping the Billboard Alternative Songs airplay chart (alongside Alanis Morrissett and Sinead O'Connor). "bad guy" also hit #1 in the Pop Songs airplay chart after leading the Alternative Songs airplay. Her album, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?, released on March 29, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart, has since returned to the top spot two additional times this year, and is currently 2019's best-selling album in North America.

    absolutely incredible

by triana on 6/2/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

i don’t even know where to start, she puts on such an amazing show! she has so much energy that she just puts into the crowd and it’s such a surreal experience, you can tell she loves what she does. the visuals were stunning, her live vocals sounded exactly like the studio versions, and i think everyone had a really good time. i wasn’t even in the pit, i was up on the balcony, and i still had the time of my life, i couldn’t stop jumping around! if you ever get a chance to see her, you 100% should! it was absolutely incredible, and i already miss her.

by M. M. on 6/2/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

First of all, the opener Denzel Curry murdered it! And then Billie came on like a goddess in human form with a voice so angelic that Lucifer was put to sleep and me and my crew were straight trippin like an old lady on a bicycle! Billie EILISH is the greatest of this generation. You’re so cool Billie

    BILLIEEEE

by Andy on 6/2/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

This was my second time seeing Billie and it was incredible. Not only was her singing incredible (as always) but the set up she had for the stage was amazing. The intro she had before she came on stage was a little story that hooked us in and later a bed came down from the ceiling and she performed on it while it was still up tilted. All in all, she is a really great performer with a lot of energy throughout the whole show.

    AMAZING!!

by Talia on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

This show was amazing and better than I could have ever imagined. Billie Eilish gives the most engaging and fun performance and gets the whole crowd involved and singing the lyrics to her songs. This was the best concert I've ever been to and I am extremely happy to be seeing her again later this year! I totally recommend going to her concerts, and if you don't, you are really missing out!

    Great show!

by Karen on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

Billie was amazing as was her opening act! She is very talented and the crowd obviously loved her. The venue, however, was a mess! I suspect they sold far more tickets than what they had capacity for. There were people standing in the aisles and walkways throughout the show. There were several empty seats but they only had a view of support pillars rather than the stage. In a better venue the concert would have been perfect!

    San Francisco show

by LV on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

I went to the San Francisco show, and while she sounded amazing of course, her set was very short (about 1 hour 30 min) She sang about 10-12 songs maybe, and she didn’t interact or talk to the crowd all that much which made the whole thing feel a lot less personable. She is very young so i’m sure her performances will get better. Also i knew Billie fans were crazy, but being in that pit with everyone really sealed it. (also Denzel Curry was amazing!! I never listened to his music much but I do now)

    Billie is a Young Sensation

by E. on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

This was my third time seeing Billie perform. It was a long wait (in SF) to get in but once we were there it was amazing. Denzel Curry got the crowd hyped up and then Billie jumped, jammed, and crooned to an enthusiastic crowd that sang every word with her! Overall a great experience :)

    Outstanding

by Ant on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

The line to get in was long as expected so we arrived 1.5 hrs before doors opened. The majority of the crowd were under 18. Denzel Curry came out with a whole lot of energy and Billie really shows that she loves her fans with all her heart!

san francisco billie eilish concert. best night of my life

by emxsierra on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

billie is my all time inspiration and idol so no matter what this show was gonna be a 83728373/10. the lights were so so authentic and original to her style. the line situation was handled really well. they shut down the road so no one would get ran over and they let small groups in at a time which actually made the line go by faster. overall an amazing night and thank you billie xoxo

    So SO SOOOO GOOD!!!!

by felas69 on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

I am a middle-age middle school teacher; so I went to this show out of curiosity. I had heard Billie's radio songs and the girls I teach were obsessed. I didn't expect to see one of the best shows ever (and I've been too MANY). Let's start with Denzel Curry who warmed up for Billie: AMAZING! Crazy high energy, SO talented. I would have been thrilled had I only seen this guy; in fact, I was a little worried that Billie would fade in comparison. But not so, Billie and Finneas (my students had schooled me already on these two) KILLED it! Driving beats, Billie's beautiful voice, a good amount of edgy creepiness (which I love being a product of 80's goth). I couldn't have asked for more. I was seriously sad when it was over.

    Concert Experience

by K. S. on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

I thought the concert was amazing. Denzer Cury was the opening singer and he was amazing but the concert started at 7:30 and Billie started singing at 9. Since we had wristbands we got to the front but a lot of people were pushing their way in the front and it was very annoying. BE PREPARED FOR THAT, also everyone is so closed together so it’s get hot. Don’t wear a sweater or long sleeve shirt. It gets really hot and if your a girl you should put your hair up. When we are jumping up and down, your hair can get stuck with peoples hands soo

    AMAZING!!!

by oomf on 6/1/19Bill Graham Civic Auditorium - San Francisco

Billie's an amazing performer. The stage graphics and lighting were perfectly in tune with her. I do wish I was able to see her clearly instead of tring to look through cracks in the crowed. I wish she had VIP tickets (crying).
