  • Took entirely too long to get through the gates

    by K. D. on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 2 out of 5

I arrived at the north gate of Lucas Oil Stadium at 6:30. The line was fairly thick and long with people. I would have expected it to take 30 minutes to get in with a maximum of 45. It took nearly an hour and 15 minutes to get into the stadium. People were barely trickling through the entire time. I don’t know if the reason was other attendees hadn’t downloaded or been able to download tickets, but that was my assumption. I wanted to add them to my Apple wallet, but was unable to. I was able to download it through the Ticketmaster app to have access to it while offline. I just made it to my seat for the coin toss. Completely unacceptable amount of time to get into the stadium.

  • Electronic Ticketing

    by TheDuke666 on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

I don't have a digital wallet, so there was no way to 'capture' the ticket to it. The event's gate personnel were unable to read the barcode on my PALM-brand phone because it was too small, and the ticketmaster app would not rotate to landscape display to enlarge it. Fortunately, the gate personnel allowed us in after seeing the legitimacy of the process of presenting the barcode to them. In all other ways, this was a VERY easy experience.

  • Poor Logistics

    by F. G. on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 2 out of 5

Lucas Oil Stadium had only two security gates open for thousands of people. I have been to four games and it has always been the same, wait up to 39-40 minutes to enter. I doubt that I will attend any more games,as the hassle is too much. Too many drunks, not enough police to get them out, extreme foul language from fans. All this made the game more of an ordeal, not a football game.

  • Big Ten Championship

by Kristyn H. on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I have been to many OSU football games, but this was by far the best one yet. The crowd was hyped up and the environment was just great. There is nothing better than watching your team win games right in the heart of all the action. I will definitely be using Ticketmaster again. We had amazing seats.

  • Big 10 Football Championship

by Betty on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

The game was awesome! However, it took us over an hour & 20 minutes to get into the stadium. Very disappointed in the way the gates were ran. We barely made it to our seats before kick off. Our seats were very expensive and after talking to others, the closer seats were much cheaper??? How does that work.

  • Food

by Lucas Oil Stadium on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

The only thing that needs improved at the stadium is the food. The stand where we went to only had 4 people working it and they were at the register. Took way too long to get our food and when we did it was cold and the fries were luke warm and still cold in the middle

  • Experience of a lifetime

    by Jrybnd72 on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Seats were excellent, crowd was intense, game was thrilling, and Lucas Oil was an amazing seating for this unbelievable game

  • Needs Improvement

by BuckeyeBilly on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 1 out of 5

It was chaos getting into the stadium. The security lines were unorganized, slow, and should have opened earlier. There was no clear instruction on what could come into the stadium. Once in our seats, before the game even started, there was a row of drunk "fans" that should not have been allowed in the staduim. It took "security" 3 quarters, but they were finally kicked out. Due to the effort and expense of going downtown and attending a game I don't know that I'll be doing this again. (And my team won:)

  • Always a blast in Indianapolis

by Dr Jonathan on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The B1G Championship at Lucas Oil Stadium improves every year. The arena has fantastic seating, more than adequate restrooms, and plenty of food and beverage choices. There is also ample parking available nearby at a reasonable price.

by Ginny on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

I am a 69 year old women and my only request in life was to experience the Ohio State Football Team play a game. I enjoyed the Fan Fest so much and going to the game was a lifetime experience.

  • ETickets

by SH on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 4 out of 5

The overall process of selection, purchasing and delivery of the tickets was great. The challenge is at the point of entry. Too long to get in the gates. I understand the benefits of etickets but a better entry process needs to be set up. Overall a great time

  • Big Ten Title

by Ben on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 2 out of 5

The game was great; however, the staff at Lucas oil stadium left a lot to be desired. The gates were understaffed. It took an hour to get through the gate. The concessions staff was incompetent and understaffed. The bathroom trash was overflowing on to the floor. I'm just going watch the game from home from now on.

Hats off to the city of Indianapolis. This was my first trip ever and will definitely be coming back. Lots to do and see within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium. Loved the Convention Center especially and the Fan Fest events were fantastic. See you again Indy!

Great game. Great seats and view. Great price. Indianapolis knows how to do college sports events. The Big Ten weekend in Indy was everything it is hyped up to be for fans. Fun time. Parking and food and shopping are all just a short walk from the game and fan fest.

  • Seats

by Cece on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 3 out of 5

The seats were a lot higher up than pictured when we purchased the tickets (and spent a lot of money on).

  • Great time with Grandkids

    by M. J. on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

The electronic tickets were easy to use and the seats were great. We were in the south end zone 625 but we could see everything great. My grandkids had a great time.

  • Big 10 Chip Game

by Trot on 12/10/19Lucas Oil Stadium - IndianapolisRating: 5 out of 5

Got these tickets a day before the game for more than reasonable price. My back was against the wall where the sectuin number was listed(445). It was one of the best seats in the house i got to stand for most of the game and had an excellent view of the game overall
