So easy to walk up and buy tickets quickly. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent facility.
Slow, ugly game with numerous walks(home plate umpire was terrible) long beer lines and (thankfully) beautiful weather.
Lines where terrible beer was warm Nachos came in bag with a cup of cold cheese In park experience was really bad hopefully we learn something before the CWS
Everything went smooth during ticket purchase process, but once my seats were issued, I wanted to change them to a different area of the ballpark, and it got difficult. Went to your chat room, really got nowhere, wish I could have actually called and spoke to a person to change my seats, but did not see a phone number? Suggestion, you need to have an option for customers to change their seats easily. Otherwise everything else was good.
Enjoyable afternoon for the most part. However, Charles Schwab needed at least one more concession stand open as lines were too long at all of them. Spent two full innings waiting to get fed and hydrated. Didn't appreciate the spilled beer in the row behind us and wish the booze wasn't needed at NCAA games. Made for a few loud-mouthed half-drunk people sitting in the sun and 80-plus heat.
There is no need to force people to have to use android or iphones in order to access tickets to get into games. I understand the COVID concerns. Not everyone can afford a cell phone. Bring paper tickets back and release a statement stating that if people get COVID; Charles Scwabb Stadium, MECA, NCAA, Creighton University, B1G Conference, and City of Omaha are in no way responsible for people getting COVID. Allow 100 percent seating back if it is not being allowed. Require masks and bandanas to be worn to allow full seating without having to worry about limited seating or canceling series. My ticketmaster account was limiting me to seating. People should not be limited to seating because irresponsible people do not want to get vaccinated or wear masks or bandanas. I was happy with how I was treated in concession stands but not happy that alcohol was allowed to be consumed. I was also not happy that cash is no longer allowed because of people turning in counterfeit money. Good championship game experience that was similar to CWS. Start series Wednesday and play four games each day. Do two out of three wins in championship round like they do for College World Series. FUN experience overall!! Thank you to all who made this experience safe and fun.
Charles Schwab Field in Omaha is a great place for this tournament. Seating is really good and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
Surprisingly parking was good! The rest was awful.. Charles Schwab stadium is a nice place but why is it facing the wrong direction? Only in a place like Nebraska you’ll find a group of people odd enough to build a South facing baseball stadium.. It does get worse, the food in this stadium is awful, the worst hamburgers and hotdogs, so bad you can’t even finish them. My burger was like a hockey puck that had been marinated in grease for 6 weeks and my wife’s hotdog was just slightly less chewy than a garden hose.. This place is so bad even my fountain drink was returned to the concession stand because it was just carbonated water. B1G please take this event out of Omaha and put it someplace fun where they will actually try to make it a fun event
Easy parking, venue was great, enjoyed by myself and my grandkids.
Such a cool venue and event. No huge crowds but still a ton of great baseball. Cannot complain and will be coming back.
at Charles Schwab Field, Omaha, NE 5/26/2022, Great event and gameplay. The facility, though, was pretty poor in terms of concession availability and food freshness - it was really awful. I was surprised at how deplorable MECCA - the Omaha corp that runs Charles Schwab Field - allowed the concessions to be - quite frankly it was an embarrassing situation for Omaha to present to the public such awful limited and poor fare.
Everything was ran very well except the concession stands. They should have been open when they were closed. Also, the umpires were average at the best.
We had a great time at the games and really enjoyed ourselves. The weather was very nice, the field and the stadium was in excellent condition and the staff was very helpful. We had great parking and saw some great baseball. You couldn't ask for more.
Wonderful facility with plenty of concessions and restrooms. Would have given it 5 stars but the restroom I used most often needed better cleaning. Watched great baseball games. Will be back next year!
Excellent baseball. Weather was hot but no rain. Wonderful time.
Good place to relax and watch baseball. Employees are friendly.
great day for College Baseball. Cant wait till it comes back to Omaha
Great view of the action. Just under the upper deck far enough to be out of the rain and afternoon sun. Poor view of the scoreboard
There is no venue in the country more suited and supported for college baseball than Omaha, Nebraska and TD Ameritrade Park! Big Ten Baseball fans - and just fans of baseball in general - should make this a destination. You won't regret it. A great ballpark, great baseball, plentiful and beautiful hotels, fabulous restaurants and bars. And when the games are not on - lots of other attractions for adults and kids alike.
