Regular Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10AM to 6PM and Saturday from 12PM to 4PM. However, Box Office hours are extended during performances until 30 minutes after curtain.

The Box Office accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash.

There is no Will Call available.

There are several parking garages in the area including Smithfield & Liberty Garage and Fort Duquesne & Sixth Garage. There are additional lots located around the theatre.

Cameras and recording devices are prohibited.

Everyone must have a ticket. It is preferred that children under age three not attend.
